Berta's house turned out to be a very good choice. Great location in the middle of everything in the Kali pool. Amazing hiking spots in the area. Cozy street, house, and yard. Everything in the house works perfectly, comfortable and hands-on. What I think is the most typical of this house is the coziness, and we haven't felt it anywhere outside of our home. I highly recommend it to others!

As a returning guest, we suspected we would have a wonderful stay. The accommodation is comfortable and well-equipped with a magnificent view of Badacsony. I especially want to highlight Szilvia's attention and helpfulness, and she was always quick and kind to answer our questions. These made us feel really at home.

This was our third time at this beautiful house and we had a fantastic stay as always. Our highlights were: the garden and private lake access for us, the fenced garden for our dog and the high-speed WiFi for my teenage kids.

Nice little house with a great garden and a gazebo where we spent most of our time. The train is not too loud, we got used to it very quickly. The house is located very close to everything so it's easy to get the shopping done or to walk down to the beach. There is a huge market, which is held twice a week. All within walking distance. If there is a festival or a bigger music event, you can listen to it from the garden. No need to buy a ticket. :) Zita was very helpful, she and her colleague were always available when we needed them.

The house itself and the garden was very charming. Kinga was a kind, flexible host.

Gorgeous few days right on the water in beautiful Balaton. Very comfortable house and garden right on the lake. We enjoyed wading out in the lake with our child. The lake is very shallow (around 3ft) for over 100 meters so you can walk out very far on the mud/sand. I would definitely recommend renting/bringing Stand Up Paddle Boards or an inflatable boat so that you can get out to where the lake is deeper to swim. At the moment, these are not provided by the host. There had been a recent invasion of buzzing non-biting midges (Chironomidae/greenish insects) along the shores of Lake Balaton but they only really came out just after sunset and were fascinating to watch. Incredibly relaxing to wake up and have coffee on the dock. 5 star stay!

One of our favorite places in the area. Our family had a wonderful time. The hosts were always responsive, flexible, helpful and kind. The house is spectacular and the surroundings are peaceful. We will certainly return.

We had a friendly vacation for families with small children. Lovely, helpful, and flexible hosts, relaxed and quiet. The kitchen is specially equipped, the rooms are tagged, the baths are clean and nice. We also had a great time in the wellness area, the saunas are professionals. The yard was less suitable for small children, had to be very watched because of the terrain. Other than that, it's a great place, we'd recommend it!

We loved our stay at this place. The outside facilities were great- pool, tennis court, trampoline, wide garden to play a soccer and basketball. The kitchen had everything we needed, besides an electric kettle. We used the washing machine, got clean towels , and the shower was great as well. One thing we think could improve the place is different sheets and pillows

What a fantastic place! Beautiful Appartment, fantastic surroundings and a beautiful pool. Kitchen was very well equipped and the hostess (Monika) was great, Google translate it was but it helped so much in feeling away from it all. Also the kids absolutely loved it. They make their own wine which adds to the experience. Went for a run in the early morning, very much liked the diverse environment. All in all we really enjoyed our time, the place is fantastic and lives up to the expectation. We might go again next year!

We booked the place for a strategy retreat, and it was just perfect for it! I can also recommend it for a normal vacation:) Only if you walk from the train station should be aware that the accommodation is a little elevated in the village

We had a super nice, pleasant holiday in this beautiful villa. The house is very well equipped, has a nice terrace and a beautiful garden with many trees, which give the necessary cooling during the hot summer days. (the airconditioners in the bedrooms are also a great added value) The quiet beach is around the corner (approx. 200m) and with the wagon you can easily take all your beach equipment with you. On foot or by bike you will be in the center at the bakery, small supermarket or restaurant. Highly recommended to discover the Balaton and this beautiful region.

We had a lovely stay at this property. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was fantastic—close to a great beachfront and many supermarkets. The view was absolutely amazing, even better than we could see in the pictures! The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. No issues at all! Overall, it was a great experience. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The house is very big, clean and comfortable. There are two apartments with separate entrance (one downstairs, and one upstrairs). The apartments are very good equiped, the one downstairs has washing machine. The garden is big, with playground for kids,place for bonfire, two big terrace and big arbor with place for barbecue. The garden has lots of trees, which gives nice shadow during summer days. The house is very close to the beach, which is maybe not very big, but nice, clean and free. Around the beach, there are several restaurants.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place is lovely, very cute, and comfortable. The garden is lush and has a dreamy feeling, making it a perfect spot to relax. The area is super peaceful and easy-going, ideal for a summer escape. We booked the place as a base for cycling, and the shed for the bikes was incredibly convenient. We were happy to be able to bring our pet along. Dora is an excellent host, always attentive and kind. Highly recommend!

Everything was like in the description. We were 7 people and a dog. Got clear check in instructions. It was very pleasant, cold water and grapes were waiting for us in the fridge. 3 floor house. On the 1st floor there is a bathroom and a large living room with kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms and a toilet on the 2nd floor. There are also 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the 3rd floor. The house has aircon but we didn't need it. All the dishes and lovely brewed coffee are available. We stayed for one night, so I can't say anything about the neighborhood. You can also park 2 cars in the house. The only inconvenience is the road in front of the house , when the windows are open at night, cars are a little disturbed.

Very nice and comfortable house, I really like the atmosphere. Everything is cool!

We were welcomed by Bence's parents in a very friendly manner. There was wine, water and juice to greet you. Located just above Fonyod in a mountainous area. You have the entire house as well as the beautiful garden with shade trees all to yourself. The driveway to the property offers a parking space at the same time. The kitchen is very modern and fully equipped (except a dishwasher). All the basics such as salt, spices etc. are present. The bathroom is clean and equipped with a washing machine. The shower is on the first floor. The two bedrooms are also well furnished. The beds are a little narrow for 2 people but otherwise good. The TV in the living room had a few image issues but is now being renewed. The air conditioning runs quietly in the background. The terrace is very nice. Everything is within walking distance. We can recommend the "Eden" restaurant, Gambero Etterem and Szölöskert Vendeglö.

Sandor is a lovely host and his house is located in a beautiful region, with beautiful views. The only criticism I would have is that there are not really three bedrooms, one of the bedrooms is a hall that connects the living room and one bedroom. Aside this false expectation we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lisa’s place is amazing and at great location. It is very spacious and a stone throw from the lake. Lisa herself is very kind and the check in was smooth and the instructions were clear and accurate. The kitchen is unfortunately not very well taken care of as the dishes were mainly dirty and stained and I wish Lisa was more available in case of unexpected situations because when there was a problem with heating I had to wait for 3 days until the problem was resolved which is not very convenient in winter time. But I can understand that unexpected problems might occur so after all it wasn’t that much of a big deal. However, I think this place is totally worth the price and I also appreciate that there are boardgames you can borrow and it is very well furnished with absolutely everything you might need for your stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who would like to spend some beautiful time at Balaton. Thank you!

We were at the accommodation with our children. As described, a very good vibe, kind, peaceful, comfortable house away from the noise of the world. At the same time, there are many beautiful sights ( castles, stupa, castle, Lake Balaton) easily accessible by car. The stove keeps the heat surprisingly long, so we woke up in the morning in good heat. The kitchen is fully equipped! Ildikó is a very attentive host, he explains everything about heating, electricity, and he was waiting for us with delicious noodles! I recommend this place for nature lovers if you hide from the world.
