Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

The 60 m² apartment with kitchen-living room, bedroom, living room with sofa bed for two people and bathroom is located in a separate part of our house with private access. A stork nest visible from the terrace allows the observation of a pair of storks year after year. In your 250 m² garden you can get one egg per person from the chickens every day! Seasonally, the garden also gives you apples, cherries, raspberries, strawberries, hazelnuts, elderflowers and various herbs.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The vacation home is located in Falkenrehde in the Havelland. Falkenrehde is located directly on the border of Potsdam and is surrounded by lakes, fields and forest. But it is also close to Brandenburg an der Havel, Potsdam and Berlin. The surroundings therefore invite you to a quiet stay in the seclusion of the sparsely populated lake landscape as well as to excursions to the cultural institutions of the nearby cities.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

New holiday apartment in Ketzin

The brand new and modern apartment is located in a very quiet residential area. The Havel promenade and beach are nevertheless very quickly accessible on foot. Shopping facilities (supermarket, bakery, restaurants,...) can also be found around the corner. In the apartment you will find everything you need. The kitchen is equipped with an (external) 2-burner induction hob, oven and refrigerator. On the balcony, you can relax in a hanging swing chair.

Bright apartment on horse farm

Right next to the private horse stable, the tastefully furnished apartment is on the first floor with an open staircase and a large balcony. You can hear the horses breathing and the birds chirping, but also the morning sounds of stable work. The quiet street leads directly to the Riewendsee with its swimming area 2 km away. A restaurant can be reached on foot. One of Brandenburg's most popular cafés with a bakery is about 4 km away.

Our cozy apartment is part of our detached house in Paretz as an in-law apartment. Our beautiful garden can be shared with our animals (dog, cat and sheep) and invites you to relax and linger. Nature lovers and peace seekers will certainly get their money's worth in Paretz; whether walking in the nature reserve of the "Paretzer Erdlöcher" or relaxing at the Havel swimming area, which can be reached in just a 10-minute walk.

A beautifully furnished, modern, and rustically furnished apartment with 110 square meters of living space and an 8 square meter terrace awaits you. The apartment is located in an old manor house, which is used as a multi-generational home. Like all other apartments, it has a separate entrance. The apartment can be heated via wall radiators, underfloor heating, or a fireplace. The floors are made of tiles or pine planks.

Large and colorful + sauna

We rolled up our sleeves again and made the over 80 m² Melkerwohnung apartment on the upper floor of our residential building fit. It was important to us to use existing historical furniture and components, as well as the use of natural building materials: lime plaster, wood from our own forest, wood fiber insulation panels, linseed oil, wooden windows... The result is a spacious wellness apartment with some surprises.
