Beach house holiday rentals in Key Colony Beach

We had a great time at Paradise Found. The property was lovely and clean, all very well maintained. The location was beautiful, backing onto the water and enormously peaceful, a great setting. Kari was very communicative and always responded quickly to any queries. Overall, we were very happy.

The house was spacious and clean, and we got good use out of the pool and hot tub. Bert requires signing a separate contract after booking on AirBnB, but worked with us to tailor the language. Towels are provided but be prepared to bring most other amenities like shampoo, etc yourself. Also, be aware that Sunrise Drive is a private road and you cannot access the beach there - Sombrero Beach is about a 15 minute walk, but definitely worth the walk!

Loved our rental in Key Colony. The house was beautiful and the kids loved the private pool. The place felt just like home.

The house was really nice, clean and a real home away from home. It accommodated my family of 5 with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. It was located on a canal where we were able to enjoy the manatees and pelicans. It was centrally located and only a short distance from the beaches, snorkeling, wind surfing and excellent restaurants. We will definitely stay again if we visit the keys

The place looked exactly like the pictures. Great location and close to the beach. The pool was the best part. Would definitely stay here again.

I knew that I was limited on what I could do during the week stay bc of a knee injury and it was just fine bc I was quite happy just being at the house for most of my stay. Just loved it and didn’t want to leave. Even though this is an active boating location and boating route l, I still felt quite peaceful staying there. The pool was great and the hot tub was quite beneficial for my knee. Just be careful climbing into the pool. The ladder going up is quite steep. I would’ve preferred some true stairs. But that’s coming from someone with a hurt knee too so take it with a grain of salt. And if you don’t feel like going out to eat, seriously order the steamed shrimp by the pound at FishTails on the corner. It is within walking distance. Will definitely be back for another stay in the future.

Rachel’s place was perfect. It is exactly as described, spotlessly clean and located right on the canal. Rachel is very responsive and helpful. An early check in was no problem and Rachel answered our questions quickly and was always helpful. We can only hope we are able to come back.

Fun in the sun is the perfect place to rent during your stay at Key Colony! We are from Las Vegas so the humidity here in Florida was rough, so the pool was such a great amenity to have so we could cool off! The Cabana Club that is also included with our stay was such a great place to spend the day, food, pool and beach access from there. Whatever you needed Fun in the Sun house had it! Laura was so responsive and so helpful! We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay here! The house was perfect for our family. Very roomy and comfy. The backyard was our favorite! We enjoyed nonstop days of relaxing on the patio and in the pool and also fishing/kayaking in the canal. They had everything you could think of that you’d need. The location was great too. Down a quiet dead end road, within walking distance to an amazing beach and just over a mile to Publix. We enjoyed evening bike rides down to the beach which were also provided with the house. We have recommended this place to our fiends and family and hope to come back again ourselves!

We enjoyed our stay very much. He was always very responsive and took care of anything we needed. Might be coming back another time in the future.

This home offers so many amenities!! We thoroughly enjoyed biking, kayaking, the heated pool, grilling, and several games the host had for us. The large kitchen made it easy for our group of 6 to interact and enjoy meals together. The host was very responsive with any questions we had and checked in throughout the stay to ensure our needs were being met. This was our second year staying in Marathon, would stay at this location again.

We did a couples’ trip with our three toddlers and had a wonderful stay at Ruth’s place! We had everything we needed and the location was awesome - close to beautiful Sombrero beach, restaurants, nightlife and had a dock where we could dock our rental boat. Would come back in a heartbeat!

This was the most perfect Airbnb for our vacation. First of all, Marathon is the perfect location if you are looking to explore multiple parts of the Keys. 1 hour to Key Largo, 1 hour to Key West. We could not have asked for a better location. The home looks just like the photos and was perfect for our family of 4 + our pup. The beds were comfortable, the living space had plenty of room for our crew, but the real show stopper was the pool. If we weren't out and about exploring the Keys, we were definitely in/by the pool! A few added bonuses: (1) K-cups for our use for that first morning. This kept us from having to worry about an emergency grocery store trip the evening of our arrival (2) pool floats available for our use (3) bikes & kayaks for everyone (4) EVERYTHING. We couldn't have asked for better - we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time last week at Sheri's AirBNB. The place was perfect for our group (three couples). Plenty of space for all of us, great places to hang out at the pool or the balcony. Great dining area and kitchen to gather. Beds were very comfortable and the decor and overall presentation of the house exceeded our expectations. Perfect location in Marathon. We were all very happy and had a great trip.

Our family of 9 loved the house! The pool, corn hole, and roof deck were all huge hits with the kids. The house is perfectly situated on Marathon, close to all the restaurants. Quick drive to Bahia Honda. We will definitely will be back for another visit to Andy’s place.

What a fantastic house! Close to the beach, great options for activities and food nearby. The house was clean and well-equipped and even more beautiful in person. Our family enjoyed quiet days at the house to relax and enjoyed local swimming, snorkeling, and shopping. Pool was clean and a nice respite. We did heat the pool for the week which was worth it!

I can’t say how much we enjoyed this place. So private and clean. Beautiful view. Everything we needed was there. Sad to leave but back to real life. Thank you Thank you!

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay! It really was the perfect getaway spot for us to rest and recharge. The amenities available were so convenient, from a well stocked kitchen, bathroom supplies, laundry, a bait freezer, to even having pool towels and a cooler available to use. Our kids ages 11 and 13 spent hours fishing off of the dock out back. We even caught our meal a couple of times! We also really enjoyed access to the Cabana Club! It had a lovely beach front along with a perfect temperature pool! Drinks and food at the club were very reasonable priced. This is our third year in a row visiting the keys and we always enjoy this area. Next year I will be looking at this rental first! Thank you again for the wonderful stay!

We had a great stay here, beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Kids loved fishing off the dock - although the boat ramp was unavailable, we were able to use the ramp at the marina down the block ($30 each drop). Hosts were easy to communicate with and very helpful when we had a question. Wed definitely stay here again next time in Marathon.

This was one of the best experiences we have had in a long time! This amazing boho beach paradise had everything the comfort of home would have plus more! Karen was so responsive to any questions we had and helped me surprise my husband for our anniversary and made this trip even better! We will absolutely be back here for a trip again!

I cant say enough great things about this house and it's location. We enjoyed our stay here immensely and we all agree that one of the main reasons we enjoyed this trip so much was because of the house itself. The location on the water was so serene and peaceful; we enjoyed coming home to it every night. Also, the access to the private beach club was great and we took advantage of that multiple times during our stay. Thank you for a great experience!

Located in the middle of Marathon. Handy distances to other Keys and just about 1/2 way from mainland to Key west. Home was clean and ready for a week of vacationing. Kitchen had appliances you’d want for a short stay. On-demand hot water so everyone got a nice shower. House has laundry machines which came in super handy and allowed us to pack light with only carry-ons. Kids loved the pool and pool table. Beds were comfortable and AC was in every room for a comfortable crash after adventures in the sun.

Great place to stay if you have a boat and love to fish. Spent very little time inside the house itself but it had everything we needed. Stayed for a week and spent every day out on the boat and the evenings at the outdoor lounge area. Great location for getting out to hawk channel and the reef. The outdoor lounge area is also a nice place to get on the laptop if you have to get some work done. We took full advantage of the icemaking machine and fish cleaning station every day. The neighbors were all very nice especially the one on the corner who helped us get our boat around the tight corner. If you have a longer trailer(ours is 30'), go as wide right as possible coming in. If you bring or rent a boat, use the trailer park channel(far west channel) to get in and out. Our boat is 26' with an 18" draft and we used this channel and hugged the white markers(markers on starboard side coming in and port side going out) and no issues even in extreme low tide. All around a great experience!

This place was incredible in a very beautiful setting. We went with a larger family and had an amazing time - especially the pool and cabana time. House was very clean with perfect description. The host was very friendly but slow to respond.
