Welcome to Huvikumpu! Here you can spend a relaxing holiday with your loved one, family or friends. The cottage is located 38 km from the centre of Kuopio, in a quiet location. The cottage has a living room/kitchen with an alcove, a bedroom, an indoor toilet, a shower, a dressing room and a sauna. In addition, there is a glazed terrace with an infrared heater and a hot tub in the yard (for an additional fee of 100 euros). Air-source heat pump and mains water. Large lawned garden. The beach is shallow and partly sandy. A rowing boat and 2 SUP boards are available for the use of the tenants!

Villa Riihi - nature and peace & a unique beach sauna

If you're looking for a day out, there are some beautiful places to visit in the local area: – Tiilikkajärvi National Park (approx. 30 mins): trails of various lengths through the forest and along the water. – Älänne: A peaceful area with marshes, ridges and lake basins. – Two-person tour: A woodland trail that ends at a viewpoint overlooking the lake. – Pisavuori: A short but steep climb to the viewing tower. Near the house, there are forest paths for peaceful walks – on your own, with your dog, or to clear your mind. You will find the instructions in the cottage folder.

Separate sauna building (18m²) with a glass porch, the sauna's fireplace room has a pull-out sofa bed for two. The beach is shallow and sandy. EQUIPMENT: Solar electric light and refrigerator, gas stove, wood stove, backup fireplace, drinking water from the spring (150m), lake water from the taps, outdoor grill, boat. A high-quality and atmospheric log villa on the shore of Kallavesi. A quiet, beautiful place with a view of Kallavesi and close to nature. The cottage overlooks a beautiful and illuminated lighthouse. The cottage was built in 2002 and has been well maintained. The property is a regular cottage, not a hotel. Ideal for summer and winter accommodation. There is a rowboat on the beach. The cottage has a living room, kitchen, bedroom, sleeping loft, electric sauna, shower, dressing room, toilet, air heat pump and a large fireplace.

Kuopio 35 km, Riistavesi 10 km. The renter has access to a paddleboard and a rowing boat, as well as a Wi-Fi connection. If necessary, linen/towel rental 10€/person, final cleaning 80€ extra. The villa's courtyard has a carport and a wood/furniture shed. The large windows of the villa bring nature indoors everywhere. A large terrace connects the villa, the beach sauna and the piers. It's good to be here. 45 min drive to Kuopio (52 km), 16 min to Riistavesi (18 min to Kaavi).
