Our light and airy cottage was completed in 2014 & provides a spotless rural space perfect for a couple, small families or friends to come together for a memorable stay. 5 star amenities provided, you'd think you were in a hotel in the countryside! Come and say hello to our chickens, sample their delicious eggs over a lazy breakfast. Head out for a walk in the bucolic Vale of Belvoir, maybe take in a country pub, then home to cosy up in front of the log burner with some of our home-made cake 🍰

Whether you want to curl up by the log fire, visit stately Belvoir Castle, walk the canal paths or visit the decadent Chocolate Cafe, you will come back to a stylish, comfortable newly converted little barn. It has a kitchen with Neff combi oven, induction hob, small fridge freezer, breakfast bar and Franke belfast sink. Upstairs to bespoke double bed and en-suite shower room. Bedroom and downstairs sitting room have french windows. Fast internet via cat6 cable to router make remote working easy

The Old Stable, a secluded annex in Langar

A relaxing place to stay in the Vale of Belvoir for up to four guests. With country walks and great village pubs in the surrounding area and close proximity to Langar Hall Hotel. The Old Stable is attached to the main house but has it’s own entrance via a shared courtyard. It is a two bedroom home with ample parking available. We are within 15 minutes of The Engine Yard at Belvoir Castle and within 30 minutes from Melton Mowbray, Grantham and Nottingham. A perfect location for any getaway.

River Trent and open fields are very short walk away. Close to Central Avenue, Holme Pierrepont Water Sports Centre, Cricket Ground, Football stadiums.

The property is a contemporary studio with living space and kitchenette, separate shower room, king bed and seating area with 3/4 sofa bed (available when booking for 3 or 4 adults). Fosse Paddock Studios are 4 modern, clean, purpose built, self-contained ground level studio apartments in a countryside setting with secure parking. These will accommodate 2 Adults & possibly 2 small children. Each studio is open plan and includes a king sized bed, wardrobe, 2 free view TV's, kitchen area with cooking facilities, spacious bathroom, large walk-in shower as well as sofa bed. The kitchen area includes, fridge/freezer, combination microwave/oven, hob and most utensils.

The Barn is a rural retreat tucked away at the end of a quiet leafy lane in Colston Bassett in the heart of the beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Ideal for families, walkers, cyclists, gastro enthusiasts or perhaps those just looking to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, The Barn is a brand new, hand-crafted home built by the architect owner who lives in The Old Farmhouse next door. We also welcome well behaved dogs (we just request a modest fee of £20 per dog per stay)

Just a 20 minute drive to Nottingham city centre, with Motorpoint arena, the City ground and Trent Bridge cricket ground even closer.

You will drive off the quiet country road, up the farm track and arrive at Top House Farm where your Shepherds Hut, Hot Tub and BBQ Hut are awaiting. The recently upgraded Shepherds Hut contains a king sized bed, Kitchenette, Dining Area and En-suite Shower Room. The Hot Tub is ready for you on arrival and the BBQ Hut is the best place to settle down for the night around the fire.
