Stay was comfortable. Host was very responsive 1. arranged water can on request 2. cleaned house when we extended our stay 3. prepared house as given in listing the place 1. peaceful green surroundings 2. we had a car so was easy to get around accessibility there are uneven surfaces and steps in entry so young kids and those with accessibility requirements should consider this when booking.

Had a lovely stay at Lokesh's place. It's very conveniently located quite near BITS Pilani Goa campus and if you need to visit the campus this is the perfect place to stay. Lokesh is a very helpful and friendly host and helped in organising my pickup from the airport and though my flight was delayed by more than two hours, his local taxi partner was waiting and also helped to check-in even though it was late at night. The place itself is exactly as shown in the pictures and is a great studio for short/ long stays. While I didn't try it, you can also avail of basic breakfast which he organises. I hired a scooter through Lokesh and it was very convenient to travel across Goa. The location itself is very scenic and peaceful with a nice view but you will need transport to move around as always in Goa. All in all an excellent stay and totally value for money and I highly recommend it.

A memorable stay in Goa. Peaceful and lush green space with a private pool access is what I was looking for with my family. Close to Mapusa and other major markets of North Goa. One can easily go the beaches by self rentals car or bikes. Safe locality for late night excursions. Coming to the place it was clean had all the amenities required. Water pressure from the faucets was perfect, ample bathroom linens were provided. Mattress was super comfortable. Kitchen had all the utensils for cooking. Online grocery delivery is available and restaurants also delivered to the place. Host has provided with a helper Bappi who is always available to help out and the maid comes regularly for cleaning which makes it comfortable to stay longer. Highly recommend to stay at Prashant ji's BnB if you are coming to Goa.

This place became a true little escape for us from the noise of the city. The cabin is located far from the hustle and bustle, surrounded by nature and peace — exactly what we were looking for. From the very first moments, we felt at home: everything was clean, cozy, and filled with care. It truly felt like we were visiting kind friends. We especially appreciated that the house had everything we needed — from kitchenware to warm blankets. You can tell the hosts really care about their guests. We loved spending quiet evenings listening to the sounds of nature. We honestly didn’t want to leave. Thank you for the warmth and comfort — we’ll definitely be back!
