Brian is a great host and was always quick to respond to our messages. The apartment is as described and there are many restaurants nearby. There was just no ATM nearby. In March, you heard the strong wind loudly in the apartment We would come back. 😊

The price is cheap compared to the size of the room, and the most important thing is that the location is so good. I did my last itinerary here to leave Da Nang, but it was nice to have all the places I wanted to do and that it was convenient to be able to save time.

Great hosting kaly is a very friendly person , and the room also has a great view of sea and is walkable distance for beach too.

Wonderful place to stay in Hoi An away from the hustle and bustle of old town but still in a walk-able distance from it (about 20 minutes walk) Restaurants and coffee shops that are more for the locals nearby which we love!

This condo had all that I needed, looks like the pictures. It is a very good size with plenty of room. Bed and sofa were both comfortable. Location is very good with many places to visit by walking. The area is very safe and plenty of Grab taxis around. Thanks again Brian for letting us stay at your place.

Very pleasant stay, everything was as advertised and hoped. Hien was very helpful and friendly.

Even though we arrived late, they accepted our luggage at Lotte Mart instead of us, and we had a really good stay for 2 days ~ Especially, we used the morning service, and the kimchi stew was so delicious, especially the rice noodles were steamed!! Swimming pool It was clean whether the water continued to be purified:) I went with my dog, but I had a really good time.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is absolutely perfect (feels so zen and quiet but 5 mins away from the hustle and bustle of the shopping streets). We found the beds so comfortable. Amy was wonderful & helpful/ local throughout our trip. Their offer of a car to & from the airport is cheaper than grab btw! Their booklet of recommendations is brilliant too. I’d not hesitate to come back

Return visitors to Casa Rio for another month’s stay in this still fabulous house. The house keeping is excellent, everything you need is in the house, with amenities, town and beach all within walking distance. The garden has developed under Huong’s knowledge of plants and attention to detail. Would love to stay again in the future. Many thanks😎

This is the most amazing place. Hoi An is so pretty and Mei’s place is absolutely perfect in every way. Mei is super helpful and could not do enough for us. We had a barbecue on one of the nights and Mei helped us with charcoal. The house is absolutely beautiful and was just what we needed for our last few days of a great family holiday. The local area is close to the beach and the market is a short bike ride away.super chilled and perfect vibe. Roi’s bus bar around the corner is the best. The old town is only a 20 min cycle/ 5 min Grab away. If I could give 10*’s i would. Thank you Mei from Keith, Kirsty, Caroline and Zach

The host, Chloe, is friendly I like that everyone who works is bright and friendly. Each room has its own private bathroom The soundproofing is a little weak. The pool is well maintained It can be washed and dried, and please contact the host for inquiries. Breakfast is available for $3 per person and is delicious. If you apply for breakfast, the lady will come and make it for you at the time you want. It's like a business trip sef. He's very kind and has good skills. If you have to pick the disadvantages, it's the location, but it takes about 20 minutes to get to Hoi An Old Town, and the price is 100 ~ 130,000 won. The grocery store is nearby, but it's expensive. After 6 o'clock, there are no street lights, so it's dark ~ However, the accommodation is safe, so don't worry ~! If I come to Hoi An again next time, I will visit again.

The place was super decorated, especially clean and there were fresh towels every day. The pool was nice, but very busy at certain times, so it was also very noisy. If there was a problem, I got a response right away. To reach restaurants and attractions you need a grave. If that doesn't bother someone, the quiet accommodation is highly recommended!

Flawless accommodation! May has been helpful since day one, she made sure we didn't miss anything. This accommodation located in the à la carte hotel is known to all (Grab/Taxis) and is by the sea, easily accessible on foot, near the dragon bridge. The value for money is very good! She even offers a full cleaning service of the accommodation included in the price. Thanks again May!!

Great apartment with amazing location, right next to the beach. Apartment is clean and well equipped, nice lighting and bathtub. Netflix available. Mia provided motorbike rental which was delivered to the apartment to us, so convenient! Just a note that you have to pay extra to use the pool since the apartment is not part of the hotel, that’s no problem but it’d be helpful to know prior to bookings. Overall highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—right in the heart of everything and just a short walk to the beach. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, and the host was awesome—responsive and welcoming. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a central and convenient getaway!
