Toilet: Separate from the main bathroom. Laundry: Includes a washer and dryer. Second Floor Layout features three bedrooms with a total of four queen beds, plus an additional toilet. Toilet: Upstairs for added convenience. Master Bedroom: 2 queen beds. Second Bedroom: 1 queen bed. Third Bedroom: 1 queen bed. Guests have exclusive use of the entire home during their stay, offering privacy and plenty of space to settle in comfortably. Check-in is simple with a secure keyless smart lock, allowing you to arrive whenever it suits you. Check-in is self-service using a secure keyless entry, allowing you to arrive at your own pace. You’re welcome to use all areas of the home throughout your stay, from the tatami room and bedrooms to the living spaces and laundry area. You’ll have complete privacy throughout your stay, but we’re always here if you need anything. Pet Policy: To maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, pets are not allowed. House Rules: To help keep the home peaceful and enjoyable for everyone, please follow these guidelines: No smoking indoors (including e-cigarettes and marijuana). No illegal drugs. No parties, events, or loud gatherings. Keep noise levels low. Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM. Only registered guests may stay (additional fees apply for extra guests).
