Relax on the porch, sunbathe leisurely on the hammock, or enjoy the huge outdoor space in the beautiful green and breezy garden. The outdoor garden and restaurant are shared with 2 other cottages. The price includes breakfast. Other meals are cooked in a shared kitchen by yourself or our staff. The beach-15 mins away.

Welcome to our tropical oasis, only 800 meters walk to the beach. Our eco-friendly home sits on 1.5 acres of beautiful gardens and features a spacious veranda and private swimming pool. Our home is partially run on solar power and the gardens and swimming pool are fed with collected rainwater. Between dips in the pool and swims at the nearby beach, take a meditative walk among the 40+ coconut trees, tropical flowers, & endless plants. We hope SunPeople serves as a quiet and lovely retreat space.

Fig House

Nestled at the confluence of Takaungu Creek and the Indian Ocean, Fig House is a stunning retreat on the Kenyan coast. The property spans three acres of lush gardens and pristine ocean frontage. The house features a swimming pool, six en-suite bedrooms, a koi pond, a rooftop star-bath and beach access through a private tunnel (low tide only). Sanjarah Cottage Delightful Private Pool

Sanjarah Cottage is a delight. It is a wonderfully designed space set in a lush garden, with two en-suite double bedrooms, a gorgeous swimming pool and a long veranda with dreamy day beds. The open plan living room and very well equipped kitchen, offers a great place to chill and the cottage is fully staffed. It’s an easy 20 min walk to the beach and a few minutes to the creek. Watamu truly is a paradise with one of the most beautiful beaches in Africa. We look forward to welcoming you soon 😊

Mida Creek Retreat

Tucked away in the tranquil Mida Forest, our pretty one bedroom cottage offers the perfect blend of comfort and nature. A hideaway designed for guests who want to experience the beauty of Watamu at their own pace - wake up to birdsong, sip coffee on the verandah and wander through the mangroves, along the creek or on the beautiful white beaches. We are one of only a few houses with a private gate onto a path with direct access to the creek for SUPs, kayaks and swimming. You will love it here!

Tower House *Influence* Kilifi

Ushawishi Kilifi is a rustic 2-bedroom little boutique tower house gem, tucked away in the serene & beautiful Kilifi. Ushawishi is just a 5 min walk from the serene red brick beach on Kilifi creek. It is the perfect place to escape and relax. It is self catering & self service. If you want to hire a chef in during your stay let me know in advance to book him (subject to availability) at an extra cost. We have a strickt NO PARTY policy. It is in a quiet neighbourhood. Guests must love dogs.

Isana House - a tranquil oasis

Isana House, or "House of the Rising Sun", was designed in a Swahili-style and is positioned to catch the north-east as well as south-east breezes, depending on the time of the year. It is furnished comfortably in an uncluttered & simple style, with locally-made Swahili/East African furniture. Each bedroom has its own sea facing verandah and our local team (a chef, 2 maids & a gardener) live on site or nearby - the Chef will cook to your requests and make your stay memorable. Karibuni sana!
