Monthly Rentals in Kincaple

Lovely property and great location to pop in and out of St Andrews for the uni open day. Property was spotless and well equipped. Would definitely stay again. We did explain we had a 500 mile drive and couldn’t accurately predict our arrival and so after such a long drive if we arrived an hour early could we enter the property. I think the company managing the property missed the mark with their answer offering us the chance to pay £20-£30 to get in early. However, considering we stated we couldn’t predict exactly what time we may arrive paying extra wasn’t really an option. Of course this didn’t affect our stay and the property was spot on. I would say that given their Ts and Cs state you will be fined if you don’t leave by 10am and therefore hold up their cleaners, it would be good if the cleaners didn’t turn up early. In this case 9:45am and stood outside the front door while we were finishing packing and leaving. Slightly uncomfortable…

This is the second time we have stayed at Eden Lodge and we loved it. Lodge is perfect and is in a great location 😊😊

To say Claudia’s place was amazing is an understatement. I stayed with my husband and 2 kids in West Sands and my in Laws were in East Sands and it was truely wonderful. Claudia is very responsive and really thought of every detail to make you feel at home. We loved the view of the ocean from the kitchen every morning and nights spent around the fireplace. I would stay here again if we ever make it to St Andrews again! Also thank you for the special local goodies.
