Temperature inversions create outstanding conditions for photography. The cottage is vernacular and decorated to English Heritage standards.

Excellent for walking, cycling or simply site seeing the beautiful Derbyshire Peak District National Park. Castleton is such a pretty little town with it's own castle, 7 watering holes (all dog friendly) fabulous restaurants and delightful cafes. We are situated between Bakewell and Buxton. The Cottage has private access and parking is available. Fly fishing is also available by arrangement with hosts.
