This 3 bedroom duplex apartment is perfect for groups up to 8. Just a 10 minute walk to the PATH train or ferry to NYC. Your private entrance will lead you up stairs to the kitchen, living room and half bathroom. On the second floor are 3 roomy bedrooms, full bathroom and washer & dryer. Very bright and airy with lots of windows, wood floors through out and stainless steel appliances. Just refurbished Aug 2019. Ideal for families or group travel. Parking available at an extra cost.

Walk one flight up to the parlor apartment, which looks out on Jones Street. Soaring 12-foot ceilings create a spacious feeling; decor is shabby vintage and homey. Simple kitchen and bathroom but with everything you need to live like a New Yorker. Tall windows look out onto Jones Street.
