Art House for the discrete traveler

A comfy room in an art-filled spacious townhouse with a backyard, situated on a cozy block in Brooklyn. An easy 25 min by CAR to both JFK and La Guardia airports. The light filled bedroom is on the 2nd floor ONLY comes with a skylight operated by a remote control. A private bathroom with a shower is across from the room in the hallway. We take care of you like our own; however, our home is not for smokers and night owls. We are early risers and our dog Ramen needs his beautiful sleep too.

Spacious Park Block Gem!

Beautiful, spacious basement space in the owners triplex, 1/2 a block from Prospect Park with a beautiful backyard, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and living/dining room. NY law requires that we technically share the space with you, but you have the space to yourself during your stay. The owner is home during your stay. We are walking distance to subways, restaurants, shopping, movies, zoo and more. We do have a large dog named Max who you may hear from time to time (barking).

This stylish place to stay is perfect for escape from busy city. Two large skylights in kitchen filling this space with air. Large bedroom with queen size bed, and sofa that open to the bed in same room. Enjoy complimentary tea, coffee while staying. Tranquil Room In A Quiet Neighborhood

This is a private house in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is close to the subway and about 40 minutes to midtown Manhattan once on the train. There is street parking. There is a desk for work in the bedroom, I am a native New Yorker, and have hosted people for over 15 years. I love learning about the different places my guest come from, and sharing with them a real New Yorker's experience. There are two very friendly and loving cats.🐱
