There is a fabulous view of the Kingsbridge estuary from the bedroom and the living space so you can enjoy the sparkle of the water in your bed or while eating at the large table overlooking the garden and large patio. With folding patio doors there is the option of outdoor/indoor living or a game of pool if it's raining.

Very peaceful and surrounded by rural views it is ten minutes from the beautiful beaches of the South Hams, close to the picturesque towns of Dartmouth, Totnes and Kingsbridge and an hour away from Dartmoor. A great spot from which to explore the beauties of South Devon. It has a fully fitted kitchen, a log burner, wifi and all creature comforts and has been finished in an 'industrial/French farmhouse' style.

Set on a beautiful small-holding with horses, ducks, chickens and dogs, located 3 miles from Bantham Beach and many other beaches. Deceptively large, the house skillfully blends Scandinavian minimalism with absolute comfort with multiple seating areas and calming bedrooms. Centrally located, guests can access fabulous restaurants, pubs and the waterfront a few steps from the front door. The property has 1 allocated parking space and Salcombe and the local sandy beaches are only a short drive away.

Unique accommodation in the centre of Kingsbridge

This charming 19th century Old School House is centrally located, a few mins walk to the quay and a short drive to numerous beaches. You will have the entire ground floor of the Old School House with your own access. The accommodation consists of a main living room/bedroom with double bed, sofa bed & TV, a dining area with fridge, microwave, toaster and dining table overlooking secluded private garden. The "snug" room has a sofa and TV. There is also a shower room with sink and toilet.

Beautifully Renovated Blackberry Cottage

Blackberry Cottage is a 300 year old cottage which we have lovingly refurbished into a beautiful cottage for modern living. The spaces are light and airy, the kitchen is south facing and has bifold doors leading out to the patio and garden, bringing the outside in. Blackberry cottage is available on a weekly basis during the school holidays with changeover day being a Friday. Outside school holidays the cottage is available for 3 night minimum stays for your perfect seaside escape.

Nestled right in the center of Kingsbridge, at the top of the hill, just off Fore Street, The Old Printworks is close to everything you need, and is the perfect base from which to explore South Devon. This cleverly designed, light and airy, 'upside-down' house affords interesting views in all directions across the landscape of rooftops, chimneys and spires that characterise this ancient sleepy coastal town.
