Sean was an amazing host! Communication and tips were spot on! It’s a great place to stay, just keep in mind in the summer there isn’t an AC, so it’s can get pretty warm in the room and with the limited window you can’t really cool it off. However I can’t wait to stay again in the cooler months! Besides from the AC I would definitely recommend Sean as a host!

Location was close to Tahoe village. The staff was very helpful. The kitchen was just a little small to cook in, but it was manageable and had everything we needed. It was very clean. Thank you.

This is a great value. Even though the furniture is a bit worn and dated, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the kitchen is well equipped. This place would be our first choice when deciding to come back. [Recommendation: avoid room 424B due to constant noise from the above ventilation units that run around the clock; request a room at a lower level or at the center of the building when checking in. The front desk was accommodating and allowed us to change rooms after the first night.]

My family and I decided to make an impromptu trip from San Francisco to South Lake Tahoe. We booked Mike’s place at 11pm the night before and he responded within the just a few hours. We really enjoy staying at the everline resort. It is so close to the ski lifts, and has great restaurants and amenities. The room was exactly as described, and everything was clean and in working order. The host was responsive to my questions, usually responding in about an hour. Thanks!

We had an amazing spring break at Pat’s vacation rental in Everline Resort! The location was perfect—ski-in/ski-out access made hitting the slopes with the kids a breeze. After a day of skiing, the incredible pools and jacuzzi were just what we needed to unwind. The rental was cozy, well-equipped, and ideal for our family.
