Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Kingsbury

Clean and nice home. Was able to walk from the house to trails and bike paths. Just 5 minutes from all of South Lake Tahoe

The house was beautiful, stocked with everything we needed, and located on a lovely walking path. Would absolutely stay again if I’m ever back in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The host was very responsive and answered all questions. The place was immaculate. Has a huge lot where we were able to build multiple sled runs for our kids. It was quite the experience having some of us playing in the hot tub while watching others fly by on a sled. This place has everything. Surroundings are beautiful and peaceful with plenty to explore on a hike. This will be our go-to place in the future.

Cozy clean cottage with nice kitchen, spacious driveway and beautiful surroundings. The hot tub is located very close to the rear door which was very convenient during cold and snowy weather. I would rent it again and recommend it to others.

The Tahoe House is beautifully appointed with modern, open and very clean rooms tastefully decorated with thoughtful touches throughout the home. The owners have truly thought of the little things; like a welcome basket, s'mores kits and robes of all sizes to make the stay even more cozy. The highlight of the home was the backyard with the fire pit, hot tub and TV that allowed us to make very sweet family memories. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about this rental, from the very kind and considerate hosts, to the ease of check in and check out, and the high quality of this rental. First and most importantly, the place was immaculately clean. It was incredibly well stocked, much better than the average airbnb - we especially appreciated the two types of coffee makers (Keurig and standard), the blender and electric teapot, it was well stocked with all the utensils and kitchen tools we could have needed, there was a massive clean garage with a high ceiling so we could fit our car in with our Thule cargo box. We appreciated the spaciousness of the house, including the hallways and walkways - we had four adults and two kids and things just felt easy and comfortable. There was a great grocery story (Holiday Market) a 1.5 minute ride away from the house. It was a beautiful, cozy place - we had a great experience! We will hope this place is available for our next trip to Tahoe!

Great place right near Nevada beach for a last minute getaway. Was convenient to get to Safeway across the road.

Perfect for our group of 10! This house was amazing. Beautifully decorated and furnished, the kitchen was incredibly well-stocked with everything we needed. The views were simply stunning. Plenty of hot water for everyone after long days on the slopes was a huge plus. The location was ideal, so close to Heavenly's Boulder Lodge and Stagecoach - super convenient for skiing or snowboarding. We loved the high-end appliances, especially the wine and beverage refrigerators. Two ovens and a microwave made cooking for a large group easy. The house had plenty of space for all 10 of us to spread out and enjoy some private time. And the hot tub! That was a definite highlight. The cover was easy to use, providing both shelter and beautiful lighting. Sean was an excellent host, very communicative and helpful. Julio from luxe Vaca, who manages the property, was also extremely responsive to any requests we had when we checked in. We will definitely be booking Sean's place again!

Home was easy to find and perfectly located. House was a bit chilly but once we figured out the heat it was more comfortable. Whenever we had an issue RnR was very responsive. We would love to come back in the warmer months and would definitely consider staying at Lakeland Village again.

Great little get away spot surrounded by beautiful mountain scape. The resort had hot springs which were nice to soak into after a long day of snow boarding. Loved the quietness and being surrounded by nature. We enjoyed our stay here!

Great location. The two bedroom suite was very comfortable and spacious. Very nice having 2 bathrooms as well. The indoor pool was great, as were the multiple hot tubs. Great place to stay, would recommend to anyone.

The property was spotless, and we found ourselves wishing we had booked a longer stay. We made full use of the amenities, including the pool and jacuzzi, and truly enjoyed them. Both the staff and the host were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

We loved Sally’s place, perfect for a weekend getaway. The cabin is super cozy and it’s located in a peaceful neighborhood, very accessible to the main part of town.

Wonderful location and the best view! Cabin was very cozy and the decks + hot tub views were amazing. Kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook meals. Host was very proactive about home updates and responded quickly to questions!

We had a very nice weekend at the cabin. The pictures don’t do it justice . It was very clean and perfect for a relaxing stay. We will definitely be coming back.

We’ve spent 6 days in this place and enjoyed every moment.. i didn’t figure out that it’s a smoking/dogs allowed place. I usually do not book such house but this was really clean and very light smell of smoking in some areas. Other than that, it’s a couple minutes to beautiful hikes and hot-springs just 6 minutes. Really loved the area and weather. Neighborhood is also lovely.

Brendan’s house was a perfect place to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. It was spacious, clean and has beautiful views in the balcony. A good place to find relaxation and calmness. It’s also nearby the heavenly village which is convenient to explore the town and the locals.

Lovely little cabin. Lots of charm and all the things you need are available. Tahoma was relaxing and beautiful and the host was super responsive.

We had a lovely stay at Allison's cabin with our dog! The area was beautiful, quiet and very serene with a quick drive to Heavenly Village. The hot tub was a bonus and with a fenced backyard it was easy to keep an eye on our dog while we relaxed! Well stocked cabin with all necessities and thoughtful touches. It was one of the best dog friendly stays we've been in!
