Monthly Rentals in Kingsland Basin

The flat is a jewel, and the hosts are wonderful people. Having my room with a private bathroom on a separate floor gave me plenty of privacy, yet I always enjoyed great conversations whenever I met the hosts in the kitchen. A perfect balance, really. This is an exceptionally clean flat with a homely feel, inhabited by a couple that balance busy professional lives and an ordered life at home. As someone with similar habits, I found my stay truly enjoyable.

Beautiful apartment in a very cool, hip area of London. Extremely comfortable, high spec, peaceful and spacious with beautiful floor to ceiling windows flooding place with light. Lauren is an excellent host ensuring your stay is beyond easy and comfortable. Overground station a few mins walk makes travel very easy. Many v good restaurants and bars on doorstep. Looking forward to returning to explore more of the area.

Wonderful little room + bath! The location is perfect - so peaceful, right by the canal and very conveniently located near the overground station. It’s cosy, clean & bright! A little bit of noise due to its proximity to the overground, but I never found it a problem. (The trains are fun to watch go by the window.) Even though Mary and I never met in person she was always extremely friendly in our messages. And her instructions about getting into the building very clear. I had a lovely time staying here!
