We are only 2 mins away from all amenities i.e. Restaurants, Pubs, cafes, supermarkets or for hospitals visits and business trips.

Shops cafes and restaurants and pubs plus the gorgeous Hornsea Mere are all a short walk away with the beach around a ten minutes wander.

Entire Guest Suite on the ground floor, ca. 452 sqft/42 sqm. Self-contained & disabled-friendly Holiday Cottage in the former Headmaster's Residence of an old schoolhouse. Open-plan lounge and bedroom with separate kitchen, bathroom and private garden. Sleeps upto 3 persons, 1 double bed with an optional extra single bed. A separate bedroom with 2 single beds can be booked in conjunction with the holiday cottage. There is a communal games room to enjoy games, watch TV, work or have dinner.

This is our charming little townhouse in Hull. It’s in the Dukeries area just off the bustling Prince’s Avenue, which has cafes, bars and independent shops. We’re five minutes’ drive from the town centre in one direction, and five minutes from both the university and the KC stadium in another. There is free on-street parking outside. Inside there is ample space for a family or two couples, with a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and two guest bedrooms.
