The cottage is a Grade II listed barn conversion offering a welcoming base for your stay. Heating is provided by a biomass boiler, so very eco friendly. There is also a wood burning stove to keep you cosy. We are in a quiet village called East Cottingwith: a fantastic base for visiting York and touring Yorkshire. Ideal for cyclists, bird watchers, walkers and anyone who wishes to enjoy a rural location close to the attractions of the city of York. There is no regular public transport.

This is our little terrace right in the heart of Hull’s Dukeries area. The neighbourhood is close by the city centre - the station and St. Stephens being only a few minutes' drive away. Likewise, KC stadium, in the opposite direction. The area is full of late Victorian character with Prince's Avenue just at the top of our street, offering trendy shops, bars and restaurants. The house has two double bedrooms and is equipped with everything you might need for a short or long stay.
