“Matt's place is beautiful! Stylish, comfortable and well equipped and with the most amazing panoramic view of the harbour of kingswear overlooking Dartmouth. We asked to stay at very short notice due to our holiday abroad being cancelled and Matt was very accommodating about this. Check in was easy and was done remotely as Matt and his family were away at the time. Would not hesitate to return. Highly recommend.”
Walk through the private entrance and into a contemporary, light, and airy studio annex. Later, slide back the bedroom doors for a sundowner on the terrace while viewing the distant hills. There's even private parking—a rare gem in Dartmouth.
“We had a fabulous three night stay in the studio and we absolutely loved the place. Its location was brilliant for exploring Dartmouth and the surrounding area and the parking space was a bonus. We loved the decor and we had everything we needed and more for an extremely comfortable stay Would definitely book here again if we find ourselves back in the area and highly recommend this accommodation.”
2nd floor room with either a super king bed or 2 good size singles beds. En-suite shower room. Private roof terrace with excellent views over the river Dart, the perfect place to enjoy a drink whilst watching the sun set! Full breakfast included.
“We had a warm welcome from Zanne, and soon settled into the clean and fresh room. Tiny little roof terrace , just enough room for two, but what a view when you are there. Perfect for sharing a glass of wine and watching the sunset over the River Dart. Perfect location for the ferry to Dartmouth and the steam railway is right outside. Lovely pub for eats and drinks only a minutes walk. Managed to park for free with Zannes guidance and saved money, but it is a very steep hill to get to the car, so may not be for everybody. Zanne was great with tips on where to eat and places to visit, ferry times etc and she did us a great breakfast. We will definitely stay again if in the area.”
