Fantastic river views can be enjoyed from the stunning open plan living/kitchen/dining room and all 4 bedrooms. The family room offers an additional space to snuggle up and relax in. The spacious bedrooms are arranged over two floors, with the master located on the top floor, making the most of the view. Nearby Dartmouth is a quick ferry ride away and the fishing town of Brixham just a 15 minute drive.

An open-plan living space features a modern kitchen island with seating, complemented by a bowl of fresh fruit. Panoramic views of the water are visible through expansive bi-fold glass doors, which illuminate the dining and lounge areas furnished with stylish seating and a large smart TV.

The living area is open plan with fully equiped kitchen, dining, lounge area with 65 inch smart TV. There are panoramic bi-fold glass doors, with views across the water to Dartmouth . Pretty Kingswear cottage with terrace, river views

Summerland Terrace sits in the beautiful village of Kingswear, ideally placed for exploring the delights of Dartmouth & the surrounding area. Within easy walking distance of 2 pubs, a convenience store & the lower ferry it's a fantastic base for your next coastal break. Internally the cottage offers comfortable accommodation & has been recently refurbished with a new kitchen and bathroom. Both the living room & main bedroom have smart TVs, and comfortably sleeps 4 adults with adult sized bunks!

A dining area is set for a meal with a large wooden table surrounded by eight upholstered chairs. Clear views of the sea and surrounding landscape are visible through the glass panels. A bottle of wine and glasses are placed centrally on the table, enhancing the dining experience.

Light and airy this newly renovated property is situated in a central location, close to all the amenities that Dartmouth has to offer but tucked away up School Steps, which is a quiet secluded location. There are 54 steps in all but the reward is the view, of the sea, river, castle and Kingswear. Our property is an old coastal cottage with a modern twist. It provides the perfect location to sit and take in the river life, the steam trains or as a base to explore the areas many attractions.

A spacious outdoor terrace features a dining table set for al fresco meals, overlooking the River Dart. A gas BBQ is positioned nearby, surrounded by vibrant foliage and colorful flowers. The scene captures a scenic view of the river and surrounding hills under a partly cloudy sky.

"At Last" - fantastic location - river views.

At Last is a charming, Grade II listed, 3 bedroom house with views of the river, just a few minutes' walk to the shops, bars and restaurants of Dartmouth. The property is attractively furnished with 2 smart TVs and WiFi Bedrooms: 1. King size double 2. Double 3. Single + bunk beds (bedroom has low headroom on entrance - more suitable for children) Please note: there are 4 floors with steep stairs - so not ideal for toddlers or someone with mobility problems No parking space at the house

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Tilly's is a delightful warm and cosy cottage with all the trappings of luxury and good design. Long, private drive on a 50 acre farm. Super-fast WiFi. Full kitchen. Undercover parking. The bathroom boasts a walk in shower & roll top bath with 100 twinkling stars above your head. Hot tub hut with wood burning stove and a BBQ (in the summer). Large garden. There's lots to see and many reasons to just relax! Just over 2 miles to the nearest beach and 30 mins drive from beautiful Dartmoor.

Welcome to the Old Chantry, a spacious town house located in the heart of Dartmouth next to the old Cherub pub. A permit allows free Mayors Avenue car parking. Surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants, this property is perfect for people who like being in a bustling environment and want to enjoy real life in a seaside town! This is an interesting house, with an ancient footprint and very modern interior. It is built over three floors and is a 35 second walk to the river - we counted!
