A coffee artisan renovated an old house near Lake Kinrin and finished it as an airtight, highly heat-resistant house that is warm in winter and cool in summer. It is free of harmful substances, using natural wood and diatomaceous earth. We have installed a CO2 monitor and automatically ventilate the space. We are committed to providing a comfortable environment for a good night's sleep. 　　For bedding, we use high and low resilience mattresses and duvets, and we also provide electric blankets. Each room has heating and cooling air conditioning. Bedroom 1 has 2 single futons and bedroom 2 has 1 double futon. 　　Entrance, living room, kitchen and bathroom are for your exclusive use. 　　2-minute walk to Yufuin's Symbol Onsen Dunyu (mixed bathing) (10 am-8 pm, 300 yen/person). There are also family baths and separate men's and women's hot springs nearby. 3-minute walk to Yunohei Highway, 4-minute walk to Takemoto/Kirinko Iriguchi bus stop, 1.4 km walk to Yufuin Station. 　　Please enjoy the coffee brewed by a professional (the owner). This Villa does not provide meals or ingredients. There are few places nearby where you can eat out at night, so you can cook your own meals. The kitchen is equipped with cooking appliances, utensils, dishes, etc. There are also several hot springs 10 minutes away by car. * BBQ in the garden from late April to early October.The cold is strictly not recommended at other times.The furnace in the garden is free to use.We can provide a complete BBQ kit (including charcoal and a grill tray, etc.) for ¥2,500.Bring your own free of charge.Please provide your own ingredients.
