A locked door separates both halves of the home for your privacy*. No recreational drugs or smoking is allowed in the home or on the property.

The Lake House

Take it easy at this tranquil getaway spot! Located in a quiet nature setting down a dirt road, you are sure to get plenty of R&R here! This waterfront property features 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. There is also a queen memory foam sleeper sofa, a trundle in the flex room that makes a king, and an air mattress. The lake house is centrally located as it is only 12 mins to downtown Enterprise and 23 minutes to Ft. Novosel. No house parties. No uncleared guests. Fishing is allowed but no swimming.

The Gulf Breeze cottage

Built in 1945, this family-friendly historic cottage, welcomes everyone. Renovated historical home in 2019. Cozy space with beautiful wood floors perfect for a small family or 3 couples. My place is close to shopping and dining. You’ll love The Sanctuary because of the location, unique design, in house laundry, large bedroom and very comfortable Nectar memory foam mattress. I fully equip the apt with linen, towels, pots and pans, dishes and silverware, dish soap, laundry and dishwasher pods, K cups, S&P etc... The gas grill is ready to go. Don't feel like cooking/driving- Jimmy John's, Mellow Mushroom, Hungry Howie's, Dominoes, Marcos Pizza all deliver.
