fantastic little place to stay in a beautiful part of rural suffolk. perfect size for two with all the facilities you need. extremely helpful and friendly host who even came and said hello in the nearest pub, a scenic 20 minute walk away. absolutely ideal location overall with Bungay and Beccles just a few minute drive in either direction down the B1062, whilst also still keeping enough distance from the busy town life. absolutely brilliant place with great hosts and we’ll definitely be booking again.

Beautiful, peaceful location, lovely local walks. Chris was very friendly and helpful. Ideal location for us to stay whilst attending a wedding at St Peters Hall, Chris recommended very good taxi company for us to use too. Georgie the dog was a welcome visitor! Nice to be able to sit outside for breakfast with beautiful views. The breakfast items were a lovely touch.

I spent a lovely few days at the shepherds hut. It was a beautiful and peaceful area with very little noise. A great place to relax and enjoy the countryside and it worked as a great base for me to explore the Suffolk coastline. Katie and Matt gave really clear instructions for my stay and checked in while i was there to make sure i had everything i needed. The amenities were as described and everything worked as expected. Lovely hosts and a great place to stay, would definitely stay again.
