Beautiful, quiet and bright apartment with terrace and private entrance. Through the separate outdoor entrance you can reach the apartment in the basement of the house. It offers a living room with dining table, chairs and kitchen and an exit to the terrace. In the hallway there is a wardrobe and plenty storage space. The bathroom comes with a shower, toilet as well as a large washbasin. Directly attached (without a door) is the bedroom with 1.40m bed and wardrobe.

The location is 500m from the Danube Cycle Path and about 2 km from Bogen in the district Furth, shopping center 200m. Restaurants and beer gardens nearby.

The apartment has four rooms, kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. It's located on the first floor. 1x single bedroom, 1x double bedroom and 1x triple bedroom are rented. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and equipped with the basics. The garden can be used and barbecue is also provided. The outbuilding is private. The sun terrace can be used. Behind the outbuilding is a wooden shed, where the grill, toys and seat cushions are.
