The upper cabin has a fireplace, an air source heat pump and radiators, while the lower cabin has a radiator. The sauna heating also keeps the space warm. Composting outdoor toilet, gas barbecue, wood barbecue, rowing boat. Pets allowed. No smoking.

It features an open-plan kitchen, a WC and shower, a bedroom with a double bed, and a sunny terrace. From the terrace, there is a partial sea view.
