Monthly Rentals in Kirkcowan

Stayed for our wedding - they were extremely accommodating in letting us drop off wedding flowers on a hot day so they could be kept somewhere cool and not wilt before original check in time. They kindly let us do our first look and have wedding photos in their beautiful garden outside the courtyard. They were attentive to our messages and the accommodation was lovely, well situated to forest parks and Wigtown (Scotland’s book town).

I had a lovely few days at Lesley's place. It's secluded and quiet which is just what I was after. The views are beautiful and I was lucky enough to have clear skies to do some stargazing. The house itself is well set up and comfortable. Lots of great locations within a short distance and Lesley had some nice recommendations of places to go. I would advise to arrive in good daylight as the track to and through the farm is very dark.

We only stayed one night, but we wish we could have stayed longer. A wonderful little cottage with everything we needed, and amazing views or over local fields and a loch from the upstairs living room. A very comfortable, calm, relaxing stay, with friendly and welcoming hosts. We would happily go back again.

We had a wonderful time staying at Popsal Cottage for a few nights. Gael was a great host - very friendly and helpful - and the lovely welcome basket was much appreciated. The cottage was in beautiful, peaceful surroundings and was in a great location for exploring the local area. We would love to come back and stay again sometime soon.
