Relax in peaceful surroundings in a cosy, bright summer cottage. The garden is fully fenced so dogs can run free. Enjoy the garden, barbecue on the terrace or take a walk in the area. Located on a quiet road. Approximately 300 metres to the public bathing jetty and rocky beach. With the protected nature of Ådalen, there are lovely hiking trails and beautiful surroundings along the sea. The house is small but charming, in a true holiday home style. 5 minutes by car to the shops, 45 minutes from Copenhagen, about 20-25 minutes from Roskilde, Holbæk and Lejre.

Stay in the countryside in our 140 m² wooden house. The house has three bedrooms: two with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds, which can be combined into a double bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living room, which can be used as needed. Feel free to enjoy our large garden of 15,500 m² with many cozy nooks and a fireplace. We have 15 hens and a rooster that contribute to the rural atmosphere. The house is on one level and has a large, bright living room and a country kitchen. We live in a former cottage on the property.

Lovely wooden deck around the house so the sun can be enjoyed from morning to evening. Wood pellet stove/heat pump. Nice garden that is closed off well with lovely cherry laurel hedge. Short walk through Ejby Ådal itself to the Isefjord. 800 meters to the water edge, where there is a bathing jetty. Free use of bed linen, towels and tea towels.

The house is a traditonal Danish countryside house, 20 km from Roskilde. Here you can enjoy the Danish “hygge”, with peace and nature that you’ll find nowhere else. Relax on the terrasse in the garden, walk in the woods or to Gershøj beach. Go biking on the “fjordsti” which follows Roskilde and Ise fjord, just 1.5 km from the house. Bikes can be borrowed here for free. In winter, you can make a fire. Breakfast and dinner can be arranged upon request and against fees.
