Monthly Rentals in Kite Beach

Nice little studio sized condo in Cabarate, very close to the beach where all the action is in. Quiet at night. Good A/C and everything you would need. I was there for a month and I would recommend. One little downside is there was no hot water for my stay. I would recommend double checking with the owner to make sure this has been remedied unless you don't mind taking cold showers. Maybe it improved my health as a bonus!

We had a great time staying at Francois’s. It is a basic spot (3 star hotel room equivalent) but suited exactly our needs and was quite reasonably priced. The room, as part of the Agualina hotel, is right on the beach which is incredible. It comes with a pool and was not busy at all. Would certainly come back!

We enjoyed staying at Gregory's place. It met all of our needs and he was extremely responsive to our messages/questions. We like to cook, so the kitchen was lacking enough cooking supplies (pots/pans, silverware, plates, food storage, good knives), but we were still able to cook all of our meals. The veranda was great! We enjoyed eating and playing cards out there. More comfy furniture would be a great addition to this space. The pool area was wonderful. Not sure if it was just when we were staying there, but we had the whole area to ourselves almost every day. Watching the kite surfers and taking a dip in the pool to cool off were highlights of our trip! Overall, we had a great time and would be interested in staying here again.
