Farmstay holiday rentals in Kitzbühel District

Great place to stay, we've been here a second time and we'll keep coming back. Accommodation is clean, kitchen equipped. Beautiful garden with lots of places to relax, a pool and a swing for children. The owner is a very nice lady, great communication. The city is a short walk away, a big shop is a minute walk from the building. Great location for trips. Paradise!

Kristin's B&B is an amazing place to stay. Kristin is the best host ever. The bedroom was wonderful, with a nice balcony and clean! The breakfast was excellent and extensive. Highly recommended!

We were here with a group of friends to spend a weekend in the mountains. The place is really spacious, clean and beautifully located. There is ample parking and communication was very easy. The two smaller bunk beds in the 6-person bedroom felt a little shaky and are probably more designed for children. Overall highly recommended!

Great apartment, there is everything you need for existing holidays. It has beautiful mountains view. Aurelia is very nice and friendly host.

Rita is a great hostess. Always approachable and always available with good advice on excursions. She was also very loving with my dog. The space is as described it was good for me. You can explore a lot in the area. We were by car and therefore see flexible. We will be happy to come back.

We really enjoyed our Stay. The Communication was easy and very friendly, the home was cosy and a good size for us. ( we were 8 people).

We had yet again a wonderful experience at Martin and Kristin’s beautiful home for the second time. The warmth and home like feel at their place is so precious. Kristin is an extremely gracious and loving host and one can see so much love put behind every detail. We’d love to be back hopefully soon!

We absolutely loved our stay! A lovely little place in the most beautiful surroundings. Spring is an excellent time to visit as the weather was nice, the flowers were blooming and we could still see some snow on top of the mountains. The place is all fully equipped with what we needed. The large bed was very comfortable and there’s plenty of space around to store belongings. The kitchen was lovely, well stocked and had everything we needed. The bathroom was lovely, fully renovated, it is quite a low ceiling but was fine for us. Do note also that the stairs are very narrow and steep so you have to be careful- but they were fine for us! The family live in the house next door and are all very welcoming. The family dog and cat are also very sweet and love to be patted/ played with. It was so lovely being able to stay on a traditional farm in Austria, an experience we will never forget! We would love to stay again one day!

We stayed with Maria quite spontaneously for an extended weekend. A beautiful, sparkling clean apartment and a super accessible and accommodating Maria as a host! We would have liked to have stayed longer and were certainly not there for the last time!

Markus and your family were great hosts! The location is quiet with a beautiful view from the valley. I found the rooms very cozy and the kitchen has all the appliances you need. The 270-degree balcony is great to lie on and relax. The shops in Mittersill are only ten minutes away. There are many ways to hike and explore. The family is really friendly and helpful. Highest recommendation!

We stayed at Jessica's and Horst's for about a week, a company of 4, for which the apartment is perfect. The place is very peaceful and calm, up on a hill overlooking the town, surrounded by hills from everywhere. It has a spacious balcony for dining, relaxing and looking at sunsets :) There's also an outside terrace with grilling amenities. Around the house there are usually lots of farm animals like sheep and donkeys, and Jessica let us pet them, which was very sweet :) In the town there are a couple of good grocery stores (they close at 7 p.m.), some nice restaurants. There are numerous beautiful hike routes around Mittersill of various difficulty. All in all there's everything you'd want from a country holiday. Jessica and Horst are always ready to help if something's needed. The only thing to keep in mind: if you're on foot, expect a climb up the hill to reach the house. (We were on foot and didn't find it too problematic.) Thank you, Jessica and Horst, for a delightful stay!

I'm thrilled with our stay! The house is beautiful and - without covering the original - was spiced up with a lot of love for detail. We, a cooking-loving group of women, found all the cooking utensils in the kitchen. Even for all coffee tastes, appliances were available, whether espresso machine, fully automatic coffee maker, press jug or conventional coffee maker! The previously sent "user manual" for the house left nothing to be desired. Everything has been richly illustrated and explained clearly. The beds were fantastic, the furnishings very lovingly put together. The surroundings were heavenly. Pure nature and many paths to discover it all around. Kirsten was a wonderful host. The communication was quick and easy. A big thank you also for the delicious welcome and the brews/cream bag ♥️ I highly recommend both the house and our friendly host!

We were on ski holidays with our 2 children in Franz and Andrea's apartment. Very warmly personally received and in advance we already received good tips about skiles etc. The apartment is located 1 bend under the chairlift where there is free private parking and a personal locker, ideal! For the middle station of the gondola, you have to walk a little further or just grab the chairlift and make 1 department. In the morning, delicious fresh rolls in front of the door make it all the way. The sauna is very nice, and you have to book in advance. This is for a fee, but you'll have the place to yourself. We would love to come back here again!

Everything worked out wonderfully and we had a really nice time as a family and with friends. The house is super big and perfectly equipped. The communication with Christoph is very friendly and fast. We were very positively surprised because the house is nicer than in the photos.

The location with the view is beautiful. The place was very clean and tidy. Nice hosts, would love to come back.

We were visiting as a group of nine and had a very nice time at Johannes's farm. The yard and rooms are very cozily furnished, communication with Johannes was very straightforward. The cowshed is located directly at the yard, so you should not be too bothered by the smell in some rooms. But that's the charm of the property. There is everything you need for a cozy and simple stay.

If you love peace, nature and nostalgia, this is a top location. The house is remote, accessible via an agricultural road. The house is an authentic old farmhouse, but inside it is spacious, neat and equipped with every comfort. Julian and Silvia are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We had a wonderful week there.
