The house was delivered very clean, a pleasant house where a family can stay comfortably , offering an even bigger space with its covered terrace.

The listing was incredible and better than the photos. Murat was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. The resort is a newly build resort and has amazing amenities like the gym and spa. There is a perfect private sand beach. To be honest, the beach was one of the best beaches I have ever seen. The property has everything we needed to cook, clean and chill. The furniture is very stylish and comfortable. Both terraces have sea-view and a lot of greenery. I spent most of my time in the terraces reading my book, it was a piece of heaven.

The apartment is perfect for a couple or single person. My girlfriend and I stayed for a month, and the size was perfect. The location is pretty great. Everything is in 30min walking distance (Bodrum downtown but also Gümbet, which is another bay). It's on top of a hill though, so if you don't like walking there's always the Dolmus very close by (local small bus that leaves every 10min). The terrace is huge and has an awesome view of the marina. If you visit during high season, you might hear the loud music of the clubs. They are across the bay, however, the landscape directs the soundwaves to the apartment. Weird phenomenon. Luckily, the bedroom is on the other side of the house and it's always quiet to sleep. Ayca is a great host, communication is fast and flawless. Would definitely book again!

Great location - very close to the beach (5 min walk max), with lots of great restaurants and coffee/bakeries around. Would definitely stay again, we had a wonderful time! Absolutely fantastic stay! We were a group of 6, and the space was perfect for us. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after our days out. The home was clean, well-equipped, and the hosts were incredibly responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

Great clean villa to stay in! Enjoyed our stay with my friends, the host was very accommodating We weren’t to far from the main areas it was only 20 minutes away. This villa has a lot of space it’s beautiful with beautiful views! I would definitely come back and recommend

It was one of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed at. Everything was super clean, and looked even better then the photos. The place had everything you will need for short but especially longer stays. The location is also great, took no time to get to the beach and the city center. Hopefully we will be back in the future ❤️

We stayed at Spitaki House for a week. The house was perfect in every way. It was very nicely decorated. It has everything you need. The garden of the house was also very enjoyable. It was also very good for us because it was right next to the beach. The owners of the house were very helpful and answered all our questions. Thank you also for the gifts. If I ever come to Kos again, I would definitely want to stay here again.

We were a group of 7 friends staying at the Theodores villa for my birthday, we had an absolutely amazing time. Louise who is the manager at TAF and her staff like Joanna, were super communicative and accommodating of our requests and gave us amazing service throughout our time there. The villa and the surrounding areas (the beach, the restaurant) all exceeded expectations and we actually ate at the restaurant quite frequently because we loved the food. We were serviced for housekeeping almost like a hotel but it still felt very private and luxurious. They also helped organise a private yoga session for the group at the villa for additional cost which was great. Overall, we'd love to stay here again and will be recommending it to friends! It was a quiet and enjoyable vacation. Everything we needed inside the house was thought out and provided. It was clean . It was 10 and 15 minutes away from the known beaches. The only problem was that there were too many ants.

Everything was very nice. Ms. Rabia and her esteemed wife were very interested in us. Everything is spotless, exactly what you see in the photo. You can go without a doubt.

It is a very comfortable flat, with everything one needs supplied. It felt like at home as all the amenities were really thoughtfully provided. Its rococo style decoration gives the home a cheerful character. Kitchen and bathroom is spotless clean as the whole flat itself. Manolis is reachable within few minutes and check in is perfectly easy. Thank you to Manolis and to his wife!

The host was great. Communication was great. The location is brilliant and we walked into Kos Town every day with our two little girls. The most lovely square is only 10 minutes walk and from there 2 mins further to the marina. Place is large and spacious, beautiful and clean. We will 100% be back Jon

Σταμάτης is very friendly and a nice host. I'm staying in your house for the third time, we had a very nice communication from the first day and I had a very nice experience as usual. The location of the house is very central, you can easily reach the harbor, shopping points, restaurants and cafes on foot. The house is very clean, spacious and very nicely equipped for needs. I felt at home again and enjoyed it. It was also very helpful during check-in and check-out times, and thank you for that:) I recommend a very eastern place to stay for a Kos vacation.
