We had an exceptional stay with Murat as our host. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly nice and responsive, regularly following up to ensure we were having a pleasant stay. The cleanliness of the linens and towels was impeccable, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Murat consistently went the extra mile to ensure our comfort. We highly recommend everyone to experience his hospitality.

I would split the review into two: the apartment and the host (Sofia). The apartment is "simply" as it appears in the photos: bright, spacious, very clean, with new furniture, very well organized with everything you need even for a medium/long stay. Located in a strategic and quiet area of Kos, you can easily reach beaches and clubs for a completely relaxing stay. And.... for those like me who wanted to visit the island, it has easy parking nearby. The host: Sofia. Present in real time with her advice on beaches and restaurants, but at the same time discreet and not invasive of our privacy. Thank you very much Sofia for your advice, for your availability that made our stay splendid. Would I go back? If I were to return to Kos, definitely (of course if available)

We LOVED our stay with Anne Marie. The home was beautiful, clean, roomy, and comfortable. And Anne Marie was a great host from start to finish. Our little family of 4 (kids 12 & 14) only used 3 bedrooms and couldn't use the lovely pool as it was too cold, but the sea was very nice for a kayak. Not very close to grocery stores. Gorgeous sunsets every night from various areas around the property.

Nikos was the best Hoster that I met until now. The house was all in all perfect. Very clean and very comfortable. The house is very new and very clean. The location was awesome. 5 minutes to Kos city and not far away from the sea. All in all I can recommend everyone to stay at Nikos house.

The house was lovely, and the location was perfect. Everything was close by, and it was less than a 10-minute walk to the city center. We stayed there with a group of five girls, and everything went smoothly. The hosts were incredibly friendly and always responded quickly if we had any issues. They were also very helpful throughout our stay.

Ms. Hikmet offered a comfort that would make us feel more comfortable than our home from beginning to end. She was helpful with both check in and check out. Even in the slightest need, we communicated right away. The onion soup she made for us was amazing. The house was spotless. If you want to let me get lost and wake up in nature, this location is perfect. It was our first time, but it won't be the last. You can stay with peace of mind.

Mr. Onur's father, Mr. Mehmet, did not spare his support when I needed grocery shopping. Since the house is in a gated community outside the center, it will definitely be more comfortable to drive. They responded quickly to all my needs, thank you so much

The location of the house is 2 min. from the Marina with the beach right in front. The site in which it is located is reliable and peaceful, you can see the sea from the bed. The house has everything you're looking for. Even the coffee maker has been considered. Mr. Cuneyt was very caring and tried to help. Thank you. I hope I will definitely stop by here if we are on our way again.

Jamal's place is very nice and has a great view! It is quickly reached by car in Yalykavak where there are many good restaurants and shops for shopping. The house is equipped with everything it needs and has a private pool. Jamal was a wonderful host that we were able to communicate with very easily.

In general the Bodrum peninsula has seen a lot of building development. So it was nice to feel a bit removed from all the crowded places. But still have a good restaurant in walking distance and grocery shopping just 5 Minutes by car. A nice and secluded beach was also only 15 Minutes away. We thoroughly enjoyed this get away and I painfully miss my peaceful morning coffee out on the terrace looking over the hills and down to the sea.

It is a paradise of 3 villas among the citrus trees. - The pool is really gorgeous - even bigger than the ones in the photo. 150cm deep. - You are completely surrounded by nature. It's green everywhere. It was very nice to lie in the hammock and watch the nature. - Walking distance to places such as supermarket, bakery, butcher You can take care of all your needs within 5-10 minutes by car. You can reach Kadıkalesi Public Beach with a 15-minute walk from the house. - Mr. Emre, Mr. Raşit and Ms. Nurten were very helpful. - The homes have everything you could need. (Microwave, toaster, tea maker, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.) I would like to point out as the points that need to be improved: - The beds in the houses are a bit old. I would like to point out that we are not very comfortable. - A little more care can be taken about hygiene. - At least one of the houses would have been nice to have an oven. In a nutshell, we are very happy. We started making plans to come in the coming years.
