Welcome to this exclusive cabin in popular Damtjønna Hyttegrend! Here you will find plenty of outdoor activities such as hiking, swimming, fishing and cross-country skiing. Prepared ski slopes in the immediate vicinity of the cabin. And you can explore Trondheim which is within reach (50min). The cabin has four bedrooms, a cozy living room, modern kitchen, bathroom and a loft. The property is fully fenced, perfect if you bring your dog. 4-wheel drive in winter is recommended. Take care of small children, terrace has no railing.

Charming log cabin on the decor with lovely views! Two bedrooms, loft and annex provide plenty of room. Wood-burning stove provides cozy cabin fun:) Inlet water for shower and cooking (drinking water can be found on cans) Skiing right behind the cabin, fishing water about 10 min hike away. Canoe and nintendo switch available. There is no Wi-Fi, but there is good 4G and 5G coverage. Very good sun conditions - summer and winter. Charcoal grill can be found on the terrace and fire pit for pleasant evenings stand by the view.

Modernisation is underway, so the photos will be updated as each one is completed. 3 double beds inside the main cabin. 1 double bed and a family bunk bed in the annex. Car road almost all the way to the property; a good 150-metre path in summer. 5 km by ski/snowmobile in winter. Transport can be arranged if required. Installed electricity, water solution with pump for shower, dishwasher, etc. 3 fridges, 1 small freezer compartment.

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

Du kan sove under stjernene, nyte panoramautsikten utover Trondheimsfjorden, få med deg en magisk solnedgang eller se det fantastiske nordlyset hvis du er heldig. Kuppelen er hele 23 kvadratmeter med vindu i taket og i fronten og den er plassert på en terrasse i to nivåer med sittegruppe og fyrfat. Det er mange flotte turmuligheter i omegn, hva med en tur til toppen av "Forbordsfjellet"?
