On the garden you will have your own private hot tube and infra red sauna. Hot tube can be used all year between 10- 22h. Evenings here are magical because of beautiful sunsets and sounds of nature. Our place is good for couples, friends, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Well equipped kitchen, king size bed (200*200), bathroom, sofa with a TV corner and a small garden with a sitting lounge. Renovated in 2022. Ideal for two guest. Free privat parking is in front of the apartment building. Hay’s location is in the very center of Bled with 10 minutes walk to the Bled lake. Bus stop (Bled Union), bakery, gas station, restaurants and local market are just around the corner.

A tranquil place of residence established by the owners in a way so that its unique features, connecting it to the 1970s & 80s, were best preserved. We do hope the place will be as appealing to you as it is to us. The condo is located at the western edge of the city of Klagenfurt and, lucky you, at short walking distance to the Eastern Bay of the Lake. You fancy a quick swim, breakfast on the loggia, stroll along the channel connecting the Lake and the City? Good news, you got it all!
