The location is absolutely great, between the marina and the market square, both of which are a few minutes' walk away. The view from the apartment windows opens to the adjacent park. The apartment in the old stone house is quiet thanks to the solid walls, and is located on the west side of the house. Free parking either on the street or in the parking area at the port, where there is also a charging point for electric cars.

Massive logs and wooden surfaces bring atmosphere to the upstairs bedroom and living room. Downstairs there is a small but well-equipped kitchen and a small bathroom/toilet. The parking space is in front of the door. During the summer, guests have access to the host's beach, where there is a swimming opportunity.

In the same courtyard there is also a wood-fired sauna, which is available to guests by appointment. The center of Savitaipale is about 17 km away. The nearest beach is about 7 km away, in a former stone quarry. 18 km away is Lepänkanto beach, which is shallow and sandy. The beach also has a barbecue canopy.

During the summer of 2026, the lake water level is exceptionally low, as is the case elsewhere in Eastern Finland. So swimming may be difficult in shallow areas.

You have a rowboat, a SUP board and a kayak. I serve a healthy and abundant breakfast. Welcome Cyclist accommodation. Your pet can also stay downstairs. The listing is located in the countryside, about 18 km from the center of Lappeenranta. Bicycles/motorcycles can be placed in a lockable garage overnight.
