The Wadden Sea, the North Sea and the Tønder marsh are right outside the door, and definitely worth a visit.

Our thatched house is probably the only "Halmhuset" that is rented as a vacation home in Denmark. It is breathable, made of clay and straw, and is sustainably supplied by heat pump and photovoltaics. In summer, the thick walls provide pleasant coolness, in winter it is cozy and warm, with a room height of up to 4 meters. A real feel-good place for up to 8 people, located at the gates of the city of Tønder, close to the Wadden Sea National Park and the islands of Sylt and Rømø.

Welcome to the farm Norderhesbüll farm! My guest room with kitchenette and private bathroom offers peace and an unobstructed view over the North Frisian Marschland. The courtyard is the ideal starting point for excursions to the surrounding islands and Halligen, the Charlottenhof and the Nolde Museum. It is only 8 km to the Danish border. Die Ferienwohnung Nuurdlaacht (friesisch : Nordlicht) liegt in zentraler Lage in Wyk/Boldixum an der Strasse die den Hafen mit der Stadt Wyk und den Inseldörfern verbindet. Ein idealer Startplatz für Exkursionen in die Inselwelt. Zum Stadtzentrum mit Geschäften und dem Strand ist es Ca. 1 Km weit, also Alles gut mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.
