The apartments are located in Šumava in a quiet location on the outskirts of the mountain village of Stachy near the forest at an altitude of 780 m above sea level. It is located on a sunny slope, only 5 km from the ski resort Zadov – Churáňov. It offers beautiful views of the surroundings and a huge garden that separates it from the surroundings and ensures privacy. Apartment Poplená is modernly furnished and fully equipped with a fireplace, large 71 m2 for 5+1 people. Around the house, there is a large garden with a sauna. It is a 10-minute walk to the center with shops. There is also a pharmacy in the village.

Hruška is the largest of the cottages, the bedroom upstairs is complemented by another sleeping loft, which children will love. Generous open space, larch, birch, a proper kitchen with a fireplace and a terrace, what more do you need… The cottage is ideal for a 4-member family, but it can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. We built the cottages with love, with an emphasis on minimalist modern design, in harmony with nature. Located above the beautiful Šumava valley. Family Residence Žihobce - holiday home

The holiday house in Pošumaví is a modern furnished new building, ideal for families with children. Sušice is 12 km away, Kašperské Hory 13 km (Ski area). There is a sauna, an outdoor pool with a cover (safety sheet against falling), ski room, Wi-Fi, parking space, terrace, sandpit. There are three bedrooms in the house. One is furnished as a children's room, where children will find toys. Equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, baby cot. Families with children will appreciate the barrier around the fireplace and the door on the stairs.

Vacation home

Holiday cottage from the 18th century, completely renovated in 2018. Our guests have at their disposal an entire separate cottage with a living room with kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom on the ground floor, along with a Finnish sauna made of lime wood and two bedrooms in the attic, one bedroom for 3 adults and a larger bedroom for 4 adults (or two adults and three children). All in Šumavské Podlesí. You can use the garden and seating with a grill. Guests have full privacy.

On the banks of the pond, they call it Vandrovsky, under the shrouded ancient Dub, hides a place that our Aranka has found for herself. The cottage is located in a semi-detached place near the village Zdíkov. The village of Zdíkov is located in the beautiful foothills of the Bohemian Forest. Close to the very center of Šumava National Park. Around the house is a large fenced landscaped garden with a size of 1400m2 on which you will find a covered pergola with a seating area and a grill. The cottage is fully equipped. The sauna is available to guests.

Chatka Milech

A cabin with a sauna, a sound bath, and a relaxing zone by the pond. Our wooden hut offers a break from everyday stress. We have a private barrel sauna (with an electric stove), an outdoor shower, and all the home spa amenities you need to relax. You can relax by the pond, walk in the garden, pick fresh fruit, or just observe the nature around you. A natural bathing habitat awaits you at the back of the garden.
