The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, is about 45 m² and consists of a combined kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower tub, storage room, cloakroom and 2 balconies. Very quiet location surrounded by greenery. A car is recommended. Living and sleeping rooms are plastered with clay, which leads to a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2008 and has underfloor heating. Suitable for 2 people, possibly 3. The 3rd bed is a sofa bed in the living area.

It is 3 km to the center of Kirchberg i.T. and 2.5 km to the valley station of the Fleckalmbahn. Various hiking trails lead directly from the house.

The "Downhill" room is located in the basement of a Country House. Lift and bus station is 3 minutes walking distance away. The room is equiped with a double bed, a private kitchenette, a water basin, an eating area for two, a sat TV and free access for wifi. Shared shower and toilet are on the hallway.
