We live next door, so there's no problem with keys, and the arrival time doesn't matter either. We are close to the train station. Griebnitzsee and Wannsee. Free parking, including for lorries. Pets welcome.

In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

And by car you can reach the Messe Berlin-area in 15 minutes. The center of Kleinmachnow with good shopping opportunities (large Edeka-supermarket, ALDI, drugstore, pharmacy, bakery, tailor shop, bookstore, stationery store, etc.) is within walking distance (approx. 500 m). For 2 guests the price is a little bit higher.

Houseboat on the Wannsee, moored at the jetty and heated – even in winter. Water views from every window, two terraces, parking on board. Bedroom with king-size bed, living room with sofa bed and open kitchen, bathroom with shower. Bed linen included. It gets dark early outside, but it's warm inside – that's what the boat is for in winter. The Wannsee S-Bahn station, Potsdam and the Glienicke Bridge are nearby, and Berlin Mitte is half an hour away. Please note: There is no Wi-Fi on board.

Welcome to our quiet basement flat (approx. 60 m²), which is lovingly furnished to a high standard. Supermarkets and a bus stop are within walking distance. Parking is free. The flat was recently renovated. The kitchen, floor, washing machine, mattresses and bed are new. The living and sleeping areas consist of one large room (45 m²) and can be separated with a full-length curtain. The flat is not suitable for very tall people, as the ceiling is a bit low.
