Living room with comfy L-shaped sofa, which converts to another double bed, TV and DVD player as well as eating space to seat four. Open-plan kitchen, well equipped with fridge/freezer, hob, oven and dishwasher.

Quiet and cozy apartment with fireplace & terrace

Peaceful yet central. Stahnsdorf is located on the southwestern Berlin commuter belt. Potsdam and Berlin are within easy reach. Bus 622 to Berlin runs right outside the front door (S-Bahn: Mexikoplatz /U-Bahn: Krumme Lanke). The bus stop to Potsdam is about 400 meters away. We are renting our apartment from September 2021 and would like to warmly welcome you. It is bright and friendly, clean and quietly located. You can also use the garden and terrace. Our guest room is particularly suitable for exploring Potsdam (and also Berlin) from here by bike, train, car or on foot. Both the Babelsberg Film Park and the district of the same name are interesting places to visit. With the S-Bahn, which is about a 15-minute walk away, you can be in Berlin in 25 minutes or in the center of Potsdam in 10 minutes. By car you can reach the highway within 5 minutes, but neither it nor the train can be heard at night.

Quiet granny apartment in designer house with terrace

The two rooms, 17 and 18 sqm with private entrance and private bathroom are very quiet, windows and terrace directly overlook a nature reserve. To the city border and bus stop it is 5 minutes. There are two buses to the S-Bahn station Zehlendorf. But you can also walk there in 20 minutes. The neighborhood is very special due to old villas, cobblestones and lots of greenery. Nevertheless, the city is very close. There are plenty of parking spaces.

The 75sqm apartment is located on the basement floor of a charming old villa right on the Berlin city limits, surrounded by green nature. Perfect for exploring Berlin and Potsdam. The modern, loving furnishings and warm atmosphere make it an ideal retreat with a bedroom, living room, kitchen-living room, large bathroom and guest toilet. You can relax outside in your own area. Just a small note, a large friendly dog lives on the property.

You are very welcome: Our newly renovated old building apartment is very quiet, safe and located in the green south of Berlin. The ICC trade fair as well as the free university are nearby. It is a 3-minute walk to bus 118 and 10 minutes to S-Bahn 1 and 7. Parking spaces are right in front of the apartment. It is a charming old Berlin apartment that has been ecologically renovated. You feel like at home.

A dip in the Schlachtensee is within walking distance.
