It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnicki Landscape Park.

Guests have access to a large garden with a playground, a place for a bonfire, a large gazebo with a barbecue, a smaller gazebo directly next to the building, a street workout zone, and garden furniture. An atmospheric 1920s house exclusively with a private sauna, hot tub and private entrance. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and a large folding corner sofa, a spacious kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a shower and a sauna. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The house is located on a fenced plot, adjacent to the owners' house and is at the foot of Szczytnik mountain. The windows overlook the meadows and hills.

The property is located on a spacious fenced plot surrounded by meadows and nearby forests. Access is via a 500m gravel road
