We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnik Landscape Park.

Szalejówka

Szalejówka - built entirely of wood, which creates its unique atmosphere. Here you will experience true silence, get some sleep like never before, relax by the fireplace and play the board games. In summer, it's the greatest pleasure to sit on the patio and look at the forest, the meadow and the smuggling game, the children's playground. You'll sit by the grill or fire pit. Be sure to go to the mountains. You can visit the entire Kotlin from us. We're the perfect getaway. We'll bake homemade bread for you.

Tomaszówka 600 m - a wooden small house

An eco-friendly wooden nestled between a slope and a stream. Constructed with 90% recycled materials, following the principles of zero waste. Known as the "Hobbit's Abode" - small, surrounded by greenery, with slightly uneven walls and floors, it possesses its own charm. An excellent starting point for Śnieżnik, the Kamienica-local craft beer, and the Stara Morawa reservoir. It operates on a self-service basis - you clean up, and the deposit is refunded. It is part of the Folwark Noclegowy.

We invite you to BioDomek - our natural, year-round house with great views of the mountains. From here there are stunning panoramas of the Sudetes peaks, which can be admired both from the terrace, garden and directly from the spacious living room through large glazing. The house is fully furnished, equipped with hot water and heating, with pots, board games and books at your disposal. It's cozy and warm with a nice dose of luxury - those windows and landscapes!

Welcome to the settlement with a "view of the mountains" in the heart of the tourist region Polanica-Zdrój. We rent comfortable wooden cottages, heated, year-round. The cottages are fully equipped, have a kitchen with an induction hob, a kettle and a refrigerator, a table, a TV, a comfortable sofa bed, a modern bathroom with a shower, and 7-8 beds. Bohema

Bohema is a small wooden cottage of 35 sq meters, created independently with the most cozy and natural climate in mind:) The main idea was to create a place to rest, with the possibility of admiring nature. Bohema is located in the picturesque village of Sierpnica, at an altitude of over 700 m above sea level in the Owl Mountains :)
