It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

This is my family home and it has a lot of charm, expect a good standard of cleanliness and the quirks of an old house but if you want a totally pristine 5-star hotel then this is not for you so please don't book. A lovely apartment in the lower floor of a Victorian townhouse, within the friendly neighbourhood of Totterdown (of brightly coloured houses fame!) The location is excellent, being within easy walking distance of the city centre and harbour area, near a beautiful park and close to many bus routes and Temple Meads station. There are excellent cafes, restaurants, bars, pubs and shops close by. Although well positioned, the area is generally quiet.
