Revamped Flat in Georgian Heritage Home

Refurbished to a high standard, this beautiful, fully equipped apartment is perfect for a weekend away sightseeing, or for longer stays. The apartment's private entrance is accessed via a small courtyard to the front of the flat. The large open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room are at the heart of the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with Miele appliances - electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and Nespresso machine and there’s a washer/dryer for those wishing to stay a bit longer. The adjoining sitting room includes Samsung flat screen TV with Freesat. The property has WiFi throughout. The large bedroom to the rear of the apartment includes a super comfy, king size bed including bedding. The bathroom has underfloor heating, large walk in shower, luxurious toiletries and towels. A car parking space is available during your stay, giving you freedom to explore further into the beautiful West Country. Guests will be sent the door access code the morning of their arrival and can check in anytime after 3pm (or earlier if requested). The apartment comprises the entire basement flat of our Georgian townhouse. We live upstairs and are very happy to provide advice and recommendations on places to explore, visit, eat and drink. Many of Bristol’s tourist attractions are within walking distance: the museum, zoo, Hippodrome theatre, aquarium, Victoria Room, and more. Clifton village is a 5 minute stroll offering a range of boutique shops, restaurants, and coffee shops. The apartment is in a central location making it easy to get around Bristol. Train: Bristol Temple Meads train station is a 10 minute taxi ride or the no. 8&9 bus drop off at the top of Park Street which is a 2 minute walk to the flat. Bus: Bristol bus station is a 10 minute walk. Air: If you are coming from Bristol airport, the Bristol Flyer Express bus runs 24hrs a day, stopping at the bus station, otherwise a taxi takes 20 minutes. Children are very welcome and we can provide a travel cot, baby bath, high chair and other tiny tot essentials.

Light and Airy. Our entrance is shared with the restaurant. Very Central flat, 2 floors up from the busy street. Surrounded by Saint Nicholas Market and Corn St bars and restaurants. Walking distance to Cabot Circus, the Harbour, Park St and Clifton just up the hill. 100 m from the River, The Glass Boat and King Street Theatres. Recently refurbished, 1000 sq ft (93 sq m), light and airy garden flat in a large Victorian house. Seconds away from the restaurants, bars, shops and train station of Whiteladies Road. A few minutes from Clifton Downs and Bristol University. Guests have shared use of gardens. In addition to the kingsize bed, we have a Z-Bed plus a travel cot for infants. Basic kitchen essentials for two people. Unfortunately this is not a space for social gatherings or entertaining friends and family.

My apartment has been stylishly furnished, while bringing out the traditional features of a Georgian property. Having grown up in Zimbabwe I was inspired to bring a taste of the local culture to Bristol. The place is ideally situated within walking distance of the city centre, Clifton and Gloucester road. There are many renowned restaurants, cafes and bars with a wide selection of cuisines. We require guests to be very respectful of our neighbours and noise levels during their stay.

The Snug is the perfect place for short stays if you like a private space instead of a hotel. You'll have everything you need, all in one cosy place. Our self checkin is quick & easy. Your own private entrance & driveway. We are outside the Clean Air Zone. The Snug is a separate building in the garden of our property. We are on hand to solve problems, but more often than not you may not actually see us at all.

Newly refurbished apartment with high ceilings in a Grade II listed Georgian terrace. Minutes away from the restaurants, bars, and shops of both Clifton Village and the Triangle/Whiteladies Road/Park Street/Hippodrome/etc.. A truly fabulous location and base for both relaxing and working.
