Holiday rentals with a pool in Knox County

We had the most fun and relaxing weekend here, enjoying the pool and hot tub, taking in the gorgeous surroundings, and sharing meals in the comfortable and homey kitchen and dining areas. Char was a wonderful host! She clearly communicated instructions, provided suggestions for restaurants and activities nearby, and made us feel welcome in her home. I would highly recommend staying here for a gathering with family/friends!

Everything was perfect, no complaints the hot tub was really nice to relax and the staff on the campgrounds were super friendly.

This is an amazing Airbnb! Loved the house, back patio with grill and pool! Heated pool! House is beautifully decorated and spacious. Kitchen is well stocked. Large laundry room. Master bedroom is very spacious. walk-closet and private bathroom. We cannot say enough positive things about our stay. Kent is very responsive, friendly and helpful! Thank you, Ken, for a wonderful stay! The neighborhood is so beautiful and peaceful.

Very clean, very spacious, and super close to town! Great hot tub and a fire-pit option. Bathrooms were spacious and interesting. This space had basically everything we needed, and the beds/couches were very comfy. The 3 things I’d complain about if I had to nitpick was 1. Some of the ac units were loud and would turn on/off periodically. The weather was lovely so we just had them off so they wouldn’t wake us. 2. We found a pink floaty under a bed that wasn’t from us. Otherwise, the rest of the house was really clean! And 3. There were no rules nor exit instructions listed in the listing, but then we had a list when we arrived. None of it was a big deal but we were sad to see we were expected to be quiet after 10, and didn’t know how quiet we had to be since we believe the host lived next door/we did not want to be evicted for watching a loud movie, or karaoke, etc. Otherwise, no complaints, we had a great time and would come back again.

Ryan’s home was amazing ! The house is huge and looks even better than the pictures. The house was clean and had all the essentials.

A great option for a family of parents, grandparents and siblings in town to attend Kenyon graduation!

These cabins are roomy and comfortable. Obviously we’ll taken care of. Perfect for families. We will be back!!!

Stayed here as a child and Matt had really updated the place. Wood floors. Roku tv. Sliding glass doors. The only thing is the appliances are a bit old so we had to run our clothes through the dryer a couple times and food cooked a bit uneven in the oven. But it was a wonderful experience. Quiet and beautiful. I will be back

Matt was extremely easy to work with throughout the whole process. Answered all questions and quickly got back to us. Wish we could have enjoyed the area more, but we were there to celebrate a graduation so didn’t have much ‘extra’ time.

Matt's place was very clean and roomy for the four of us who stayed there. The bedrooms were big, although the two guys who got the single beds would have liked something bigger. The kitchen had most everything we needed, except we couldn't find any salt or pepper. The living room was very spacious and could hold even more furniture. We also liked having the deck to sit outside, since the weather we had was about perfect. It was a little loud outside at times as the voices really seemed to carry out there. also, it's something out of Matt's control. Wish there were more courses in the near vicinity. we would really recommend The Pub in Howard. Great place to go in the evening. Thanks, Matt. Hope we were good guests.

Great stay!! Totally plan to stay again when I’m the area!! The team was so flexible with me for check-in, which I really appreciated. The spot was totally spotless, and had all of the essentials for the stay. Great location. Just a short drive to the bike path and restaurants in town. I felt extremely safe throughout my whole trip. 10/10 would recommend!
