Stoney Haven is just 2 1/2 miles from Hardin Valley Rd. where you will find eating places, unique stores, and Pellissippi State Community College. If you are into major shopping, Turkey Creek is only 8.4 miles away. 3 1/2 miles away is the Univ. of TN Arboretum. There you will find unique plants and trails.

The restoration kept the original charm of the bungalow cottage, but added fun and modern conveniences with charm. It has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. What began as "hey let's list part of our house on Airbnb", ended up in a full remodel and enlisting the assistance of a professional decorator to create a guest suite in the daylight basement that we now like better than our main house!
