We stayed as a family of 7, 4 adults and 3 children and the accommodation was perfect for us. The kids loved the pool and there was plenty of living space for us to eat and socialise. Wahid was super responsive and helpful re check in and we dropped our luggage there on check in day before heading to the beach. The property is in a quiet road away from the main town but we walked with the children to both Surin and Bang Tao beach, both of which are fantastic with lots of restaurants and things to do. It's a lovely place and a good base for exploring the local beaches as well as a short taxi ride to Kamala. We would go back

Great house and location.

We stayed 7 days in Feb 2025, the villa well matched our expectations. At the end we've extended our stay for another 3 days at the villa. Great value. Highly recommend. Naiyarat is very friendly and responsive host.

We stayed at Jean-Michels beautiful house in Rawai. The house was perfect laid out for 7 people staying there. The outdoor area was stunning, and the pool very nice.

We had two families during our stay and total of 8 people. We had 4 adults and 4 teens. There was lots of space and room for everyone. The place was clean and just like the pictures. She recommended a great driver and cook. We had an awesome Christmas dinner prepared for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Don’t know even where to begin. Steve had the instructions even before we flew to our destination. As we landed he was waiting for us to greet us. Despite getting to the villa very late he took his time to show is where we can grab a dinner. The villa is a 1000 times better than in the pictures. Immaculately clean and cleaning service was throughout the stay. We enjoyed the pool , sunbeds and gym. Each bedroom has a bathroom which is very convenient especially when you travel with older kids or different groups . The place is located In the heart of Rawai . You can walk everywhere. 5 min and you on the street full of restaurants, bars and massage places. Steve was very responsive to all the questions we had about local places . We will definitely recommend staying here . Thank you Steve

The villa was spotless, it has just been built and it had everything we needed. We had a small issue with the pool but staylar rectified the issue immediately. The host went above and beyond to ensure he helped the most he could and we will definitely be back in the future!

Top of the best. The house is sublime it and very clean next to the mosque I will come back next year if God wants. You are just beautiful, my kids, we loved it.

We had a great stay! It looks exactly like the pictures. Super clean! The main street is within walking distance and really has a lot to offer. If you don't feel like walking away in the evening, you can make yourself comfortable by the private pool. Communication went smoothly. I'm sure we'll be back. THANKS🙏🏽:))

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa! It's incredibly well-equipped, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The host was extremely helpful and always available to assist with any requests, which made the experience even better. The only downside was that the electricity cost was a bit high compared to the average, but overall, it's a fantastic place to stay. Highly recommended!

This villa is absolutely amazing. The pictures don’t do it justice. Peter was an amazing host during our entire stay. Very responsive and very proactive to our wants and needs. Chef Lee was absolutely fantastic. Her food was delicious and she was very attentive to our wants and needs as well. The cleaning ladies are amazing as well very sweet and helpful. Kept the place spic and span. This place is a 10 out of 10.

Cleanliness is at a high level, and the interior creates an atmosphere of coziness and relaxation. The outdoor seating area is just amazing! We enjoyed each evening spending time by the pool. The location is ideal for peaceful rest and total relaxation. We were very satisfied and would love to come back again!

Thanks for a great villa! Lovely complex that has everything for a good vacation. Everything is as described and pictured. Great location away from the noise. Nai Han Beach is 11 minutes by taxi (one way cost 206 baht). There are several grocery stores nearby. And I would like to highlight the family cafe Nang Naan (they always ate there), and the massage salon La Massage (the best massage, saved the skin after a burn). So imagine how everything is perfectly located and what a great vacation we had. Thank you for your cleanliness, thank you for your timely communication on issues. You are the best☺️

Serendipity led us to this incredible villa, and we couldn’t be happier! The villa’s location was perfect—close to Kata Beach and the night market, yet peacefully tucked away. We stayed in a brand-new private villa for two, and it was spotless, quiet, and incredibly comfortable, with a relaxing Bali-inspired vibe that made us feel at home instantly. Thoughtful touches set this place apart—daily maid service, fresh water bottles, and even laundry service—small details that made our stay effortless. But what truly made our experience special was the incredible staff. Their warmth and attentiveness made us feel like we were on a luxury cruise rather than a last-minute getaway. The two of us spent one week in the villa. We did not use the second bedroom. The villa is in excellent condition and very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom have absolutely everything for a comfortable stay. The pool is clean and we liked both the temperature and the depth. The pool area, as well as the pool itself, could do with some light cosmetic repairs. The aggressive climate makes itself felt. Even considering the minor shortcomings described, we would be happy to spend our next vacation at this villa.
