Villa holiday rentals in Ko Yao Noi

Absolutely awesome stay and the photos do not do it justice. From the moment you park the car. We had the two bedroom villa, great outdoor space and true infinity pool. Genuinely cannot fault the place. The staff, Faye and Den from the Philippines are just lovely people. Extremely helpful from breakfast to local spot for laundry. I travel to Phuket 3 to 4 times per year, but assuming it is available, I suspect this is where I will be staying. Fantastic selection of restaurants in the Bang Tao area.. The only thing to note, the villa is up on the hill which affords such awesome views, I drove up and down, zero issues. Can be walked, but suspect not for the faint hearted. Catlin is a great host, super responsive and nothing is a problem.

Amazing Villa. It's a quiet and very beautiful portion of Phuket. Everything in the Airbnb listing was accurate, but the place was even more beautiful in person. Great view, quick walk to the beach (with several bars/restaurants in walking distance). Plenty of good restaurants and things to do with a very short drive or walk. We really loved the house and were happy we stayed there. The hosts were incredibly reactive with communication and provided several recommendations for places to go and things to do. All of those recommendations were excellent. 5 stars!!

A piece of paradise in a jungle setting. Lovely villa, great location for exploring (you do need a car), excellent hosts with Jean recommending lots of local places to visit and restaurants we may not have found otherwise. A perfect holiday and we hope to return! Thank you Bee and Jean for letting us stay in your beautiful villa!

Beautiful poolside villa set in gardens just off the busy Surin main road. Villa manager is very responsive and helpful. Would recommend for a large group / family wanting a base from which to discover Phuket.

Look no further. This villa was perfect for our 8 day stay in Phuket. It allowed everyone to have their own bedroom & bathroom. The property is SPOTLESS. The villa staff take excellent care of the property down to a debris free pool. Amy was so helpful with answering my many questions and assisting with recommendations. I have nothing negative to say about my stay here, & if I were to return, I would definitely stay here again.

The Seakiss Villa is truly a beautiful place overlooking the sea. The view from all of the rooms and pool is incredible—nothing beats watching the sunset by the pool, cocktail in hand. Even better than the view, the service provided by the villa staff was top-notch. The villa was spotlessly clean when we arrived and remained that way the entire week. Breakfasts, lunches, and dinners were delicious. All this thanks to the friendly villa staff, Ann and Pong. Kwan, the house manager, was very responsive and helpful. We felt very attended to during our entire stay. We highly recommend the Seakiss Villa!

It was a family vacation and had a wonderful stay at this place. Very private and great place to stay. It is short way from Aandong beach and having a personal vehicle is highly recommended. Mem is a very kind person and very helpful. She arranged for her the trip to Phi Phi islands and also massage at the villa. Thanks Mem for your hospitality!

I will arrange my visit accordingly to this villa availability because it is worth every penny. We hire a private driver. The space for parking is spacious. The house is amazing. The service is 5 star. I will recommend this place again and again

The villa was clean, spacious, everything was working, amazing view, responsive and friendly host, and cleaning was done every day by the supervisor. You will need a taxi to go to town, and a taxi will come in 5 to 8 minutes, so all was good. We were 5 guys and we had a blast, hanging out at the pool at night. There was some extra noise from the construction next door, but our host was kind enough to ask them to slow down early in the morning. Breakfast was also very good. We had amazing stay.

The house was huge especially the living area. The house was very clean with well stocked amenities and a great pool to cool down and chill out.We were a group of 12 and the ensuite in every bedroom was a welcome addition. Mem arranged pick up from the airport at reasonable price and also arranged day trips for us. The only suggestion is to install airconditioning in the living area as April was hot but there were ceiling and pedestal fans which would have been sufficient for cooler months.

It was a great stay! We definitely come back! The only area to improve - please install hocks in the bathrooms to hanger the towels :)) Thanks for amazing Phuket holiday! We will back again

Our stay at The Glass House was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning design, spacious layout, and breathtaking views. The villa was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The location was peaceful yet convenient, allowing us to explore Krabi while having our own private retreat to relax in. The pool was a highlight—crystal clear and perfect for cooling off after a day of adventure. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, making check-in and our entire stay seamless. With six of us staying here, we all had plenty of space to unwind, and every single one of us absolutely loved it. If you’re looking for a luxurious and tranquil place to stay in Krabi, The Glass House is a must! Highly recommend, and we can’t wait to come back!

spacious apartment in quiet complex. perfect for short stay with family or friends. excellent communication with host - smooth check-in and prompt responses to issues as they arose. fantastic private pool area. personal transport highly recommended although it is possible to walk to the beach and shops.

Wonderful staff. Gorgeous location. Beautiful and clean room. On site restaurant was great. Staff was able to provide scooter rental and laundry services. Which was a huge help. This listing is a hidden gem, can’t wait to visit again!

Damrong was one of the best hosts I have met. Very friendly and cordial. He was always helpful, whether it was pickup and drop to the airport, taking us to the market, giving suggestions, etc. We were a group of 9 people, and we were all very comfortable. From start to finish an excellent property and host. The communication was fast and detailed. The welcome/info pdf was comprehensive and we used it throughout our stay. A lovely treat to have the place cleaned and beds made etc. during the stay. The pool is perfect and regularly cleaned, it shows. Comfortable beds. Excellent air con. Lots of space for a family to spread out and central location. Everywhere we wanted to go was 15 mins away. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you
