Our house, located in the wild nature of Triglav National Park, is surrounded by a forest and beautiful mountains. Just under the house you can explore amazing water grove and a waterfall, which is known as energy point. In the valley you can enjoy the beauty of emerald green Soča gorge and if you're brave enough, you can jump right in. The house is a great starting point for many hiking trips. The most popular is certainly the hike to a beautiful glacial lake Krn, under the top of mountain Krn.

Green House Bled 1

In the past, Green House with big green garden was my parents' farmhouse. We ventured into tourism in 2017 by renting out a room. In 2021 we demolished the old house and built a new one. House is just 10 minutes walking to lake Bled. There are two apartments on the first floor, both have a balcony with separate entrances and there is a shared washing machine in the common hallway. "La Casetta" di Tonazzi vacation home

The house is located in Valbruna, a small and quiet village in the Valcanale, close to the Julian Alps. It is a short walk from the center of the village and is a strategic starting point for the naturalistic and historical excursions that Val Saisera offers. In the village, there is a grocery store for basic necessities, a few hundred meters from the house. A supermarket is 4 kilometers towards Tarvisio. One km from Valbruna are the accesses to the AlpeAdria cycle path.

Al curtilut - 100 meters from the Alpe Adria Cycle Route

House with small internal garden (the curtilut) located in a strategic position to discover the whole region: the UNESCO sites of Cividale, Palmanova and Aquileia, the sea and the mountains and the cities of Udine, Trieste and Gorizia. We are 34 km from Trieste airport and a 10-minute drive from the highway entrance. If you are traveling by bike, you will find us 100 meters from the Alpe Adria Cycle Route with the possibility of an internal garage for bikes.

Villa Krivec

We are located just a 2-minute walk from Lake Bled. We offer 2 en-suite rooms with a kitchenette, but there is no dining table, meaning you can only serve simple food such as stew. In addition to the building, there is also a common living area with a dining table that our guests can use. Tourist tax is not included in the price, it is 3,13 EUR/night for adults and 50% of that for kids from 7 to 18 years. Kids under 7 don't pay tourist tax.

House Pr tin is located in the village of Ladra 3 km away from Kobarid. The apartment was renovated in 2020. We offer 3 bedrooms, toilet, bathroom, kitchen, air conditioning, balcony. The house is suitable for a couple or a family of 2 to 5 people. When you book, the whole house is available just for you. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. We are 5 minutes by car from Kobarid, and 20 minutes from Bovec.
