Apartmán ponúka nádherný výhľad na vodnú nádrž Sĺňava. Pozostáva zo samostatnej kúpeľne so sprchovým kútom, z plne vybavenej kuchyne a z obývacej časti, kde sa nachádza gauč, ktorý sa po rozložení zmení na plnohodnotné spacie lôžko s rozmermi 180 x 200 cm (22 cm výška matraca). K apartmánu patrí aj balkón s posedením. Hostia môžu taktiež využívať vonkajší bazén s terasou a ležadlami na slnenie (predpokladané spustenie do prevádzky leto 2025) a mestské bicykle, ktoré ponúkame pre hostí zdarma.

For cycling enthusiasts, we offer the possibility of renting two mountain bikes for a fee, we will be happy to offer information in a private message.

Parking in front of the house, and a garage for bikes. Grocery shopping can be arranged on request. A great choice for both relaxation and adventure.

The house is situated in the back if our yard, separated by trees and garden from our family house, to maintain your privacy. The shower is only in the main house, but its not a problem to use it... :) We have a nice jacuzzi, which you can use anytime :) Moderny dom s peknym vyhladom situovany na konci zahrady. The apartment is just 15 minutes walking to the city center along the river and beautiful green area with horses and parks. Behind the horse area you will find the river Váh(good for swimming). The famous spa island is also within walking distance. This sunny apartment is with balcony and is located on the first floor of a new residential area. Safe and free street parking in front of the building. Nice and quiet place with everything you need to feel comfortable!

Upravené okolie domčeka pre Vaše pohodlie: terasa s lehátkami a vaničkami na kúpanie v lete, kaďa s vyhrievanou vodou na jarné a jesenné dni, vonkajšie posedenie na čiastočne krytej terase vedľa malého rybníka, priestor na grilovanie či opekanie. A všade navôkol vysadená zeleň. Záležalo mi na tom, aby hostia zažili kvalitu a komfort na pohľad aj na vlastnej koži.

It has its own garden and terrace. Parking for 4 cars is free of charge right in front of the house.
